| With the continuous development of national quality education,school education pays more and more attention to the development of students’ physical,mental and moral health,and the positive effect of family education on students’ physical,mental and moral health is also paid attention to.In order to give full play to the positive effects of family moral education and school moral education,home-school collaborative moral education is an effective way,which is conducive to both family and school to carry out targeted collaborative moral education,and thus to promote the ideological and moral health and growth of students.Through the review of relevant literature and field investigation,it is found that the current school cooperative moral education mode in our country in the relatively backward rural areas such as economy and education,the situation of the home-school cooperative moral education of junior high school students is more unsatisfactory and imperfect.In this study,through a combination of questionnaires and in-depth interviews,parents of students,school teachers and relevant staff of the education department were selected from one township secondary school in each of the eleven counties under the jurisdiction of Qianbei region,and it was found that the collaborative moral education in township secondary schools in Qianbei region had achieved certain results,such as a higher awareness of parents’ participation in the moral education activities organised by the school,and the ways of collaborative moral education between the two sides had been There are some innovative ways of collaborative moral education.However,at the same time,there are still some problems,such as the lack of awareness of the main body of collaborative moral education in schools,the inefficiency of collaborative moral education in schools,the backwardness of collaborative moral education in schools,and the imperfect organizational mechanism of collaborative moral education in schools.In other words,there are problems in the main body,platform construction and mechanism construction of moral education home-school collaboration for junior high school students in the township of Qianbei.Combining the existing studies,it is found that the problems existing in the home-school cooperative moral education of junior high school students in township middle schools are affected by the education authorities,schools and families.As far as education authorities are concerned,junior high school students are bound by traditional thinking,and their cognition of relevant policies of home-school collaborative moral education is not ideal,which leads to the problems of inadequate implementation of relevant policies and imperfect evaluation mechanism of collaborative moral education.from the perspective of the school,there are problems of low frequency of communication between school teachers and students’ parents,teachers’ lack of experience in collaborative moral education at home and school,and an old school moral education management system;from the perspective of parents,the main problems are parents’ weak awareness of collaborative moral education work,their weak willingness to participate,and a relatively The main problems from the parents’ point of view are the weak awareness of parents in cooperating with moral education work,their willingness to participate and the relatively single communication platform.Through the causes of the problems,the following countermeasures are proposed: further enriching and developing the theory of home-school collaborative moral education,clarifying the main responsibilities of schools,teachers and parents;innovating the model of home-school collaborative moral education,updating the content of teachers’ training and improving their theoretical knowledge of collaborative moral education;coordinating the efforts of all parties to establish the correct concept of home-school collaborative moral education;further stimulating parents’ enthusiasm to participate in moral education and improving Their ability to communicate with their children.This study will lay the foundation for research on home school collaboration in the moral education of junior high school students in the township of Qianbei. |
