With the deepening of the reform of the domestic market economy system,the flow of labor in various regions and industries is increasingly accelerating.This trend has led to a large number of farmers gradually leaving the land they rely on for survival and seeking employment opportunities in developed cities and regions.However,due to various reasons,only a few migrant workers are able to bring their children to live and learn by their side,while most migrant workers can only keep their children in their hometown to live with grandparents or other relatives.This phenomenon has led to some children becoming a special group in society-rural left behind children.And one of them,leftbehind junior high school students are usually in adolescence and are in the stage of physical and mental development.Their learning experience will have a profound impact on their future growth and development.Compared with left-behind primary school students,left-behind junior high school students face greater challenges and difficulties in learning and life.At the same time,left-behind junior high school students often face more psychological and social problems,such as loneliness,anxiety and inferiority,which will have a negative impact on their learning and development.Therefore,on the one hand,studying the learning difficulties of left-behind junior high school students is helpful to identify the difficulties and problems of left-behind junior high school students in learning and life,and give them help and support in time;on the other hand,the research can also explore the influencing factors and effectiveness evaluation of left-behind junior high school students ’ learning,and provide useful reference for the formulation of the system mechanism.Taking the education difficulties faced by left-behind junior high school students in A City’s G Town as an example in this paper,to explore the education difficulties and corresponding solutions faced by left-behind junior high school students,to explore public governance theory,to understand the characteristics of public governance theory.Design a survey questionnaire for left-behind junior high school students in G Town and conduct field research.The data analysis of current situation obtained through the survey,It turns out that the junior child discipline left behind in G-town are severely underserved;the basic education resource gap is large;the community has a low interest in junior high school students;there are deviations in the formulation and implementation of policies.Furthermore,empirical analysis was conducted on the factors that affect the quality of education,such as at the school level,family level,government level,and social level.Based on public governance theory,the leading role of the government was determined,and policy suggestions were proposed for families,schools,governments,and society to work together to address the problem of rural left behind junior high school students.We are committed to the management of left-behind junior high school students in all aspects of education.I hope to coordinate various factors that affect the learning environment of left behind junior high school students through this study,establish and improve a comprehensive guarantee mechanism for their learning,and provide new exploration paths for their development in learning and training. |
