Research On The Professional Construction Of Y Prison Police Team

The execution of sentences is an important element of the socialist rule of law and plays an important role in safeguarding the socialist rule of law and maintaining social justice.The daily work of prisons is the execution of sentences,the education and rehabilitation of criminals,and is an important part of China’s political and legal system.In recent years,prisons have taken the modernisation of their governance system and capacity to govern as an opportunity to strengthen the prison police force and continuously promote the professionalisation of the prison police force.However,due to the impact of some historical problems and a few constraints,the professionalization of the prison police force has been slow,so it is necessary to take the goal of building a high-level professional law enforcement team and form a set of scientific and effective system and mechanism for the professionalization of the prison police force with a problem-oriented approach,so as to enhance the overall professionalization of the prison police force.In this thesis,we analyse the current situation of the professionalisation of the prison police force in Y.Through various research and assessment methods,such as questionnaires,open-ended interviews and literature research,we explore the constraints and dilemmas in the professionalisation of the prison police force,outline some common problems in the professionalisation of the prison police force,and focus on the new objectives of modern prison construction.The study focuses on the professionalisation of the prison police system,the professionalisation of the team structure,the professionalisation of job classification and management,the professionalisation of education and training,and the professionalisation of performance assessment and incentive,and considers the feasible ways of professionalising the prison police system in China,and proposes corresponding countermeasures according to the actual work of Y prison.
