Research On Digital Rural Construction In China

After the rural revitalization strategy was proposed,the central and local governments issued a series of policy documents on "agriculture,rural areas and farmers",and scholars also studied and analyzed how to promote the rural revitalization strategy.However,in today’s unpredictable international situation,coupled with the ravages of COVID-19,China has encountered resistance in the process of promoting the rural revitalization strategy.The construction of digital countryside is undoubtedly the best measure to promote the rural revitalization strategy at present.The application of new Internet technology in rural areas has significantly improved rural economic development,natural environment,cultural environment and other aspects.With the advancement of rural revitalization strategy,the advantage of digital rural construction also emerge unceasingly,but in the process of advance,our board also gradually exposed,urgently need to solve the main problem is the digital infrastructure is weak,the lack of regional development imbalances,the villagers digital literacy and digital talent pool is not enough.Based on the existing research results,the paper analyzes the development status of digital rural construction according to its own visit and field research,and puts forward the existing problems and causes according to the visit and research information.Meanwhile,problem-oriented,the paper proposes the content and implementation path of digital rural construction.Finally,it analyzes the contemporary value of digital rural construction with Marx’s humanistic thought and social quality theory.The research logic of this paper lies in: First chapter is the introduction part,first of all,this paper discusses the construction background and significance of digital village,through the literature data on digital rural construction theory and practice of domestic and international background and significance of the review,the second review of the current research of the construction of digital village,mainly for digital village concept,the development of digital agriculture and rural construction were reviewed,The main ideas and research methods of the paper are introduced again.Finally,the innovation and shortcomings of the paper are summarized.The second chapter mainly focuses on the concepts and theoretical basis of digital countryside.Firstly,the concept of digital countryside and rural revitalization is interpreted.Secondly,the relationship between digital countryside and rural revitalization is elaborated.Thirdly,Marx’s views on science and technology and rural construction are sorted out by referring to marxist literature.Finally,Xi Jinping’s discussion on rural revitalization and digital countryside is sorted out.The third chapter mainly analyzes the problems and causes in the process of digital rural construction.Through field visits,research and literature review,firstly,the problems existing in the current digital rural construction process in China are analyzed.Secondly,the causes of existing problems are analyzed based on the analysis of the problems.The fourth part mainly introduces the construction content and implementation path of digital countryside,mainly from the four aspects of improving infrastructure,improving policies,establishing new rural relations and the construction of rural digital talents.The fifth part mainly expounds the contemporary value of digital rural construction based on the combination of Marxist humanistic thought and social quality theory.This paper mainly expounds the contemporary value of digital rural construction from four aspects: improving the strength of social and economic security,enhancing rural social inclusiveness,improving rural social cohesion,and stimulating rural residents’ participation in digital rural construction.
