The contribution of China described in this thesis in supporting economic growth of African countries on how China helps Africans with economic issues like trading,the building of infrastructures like railways and roads,capacity building and Foreign Direct Investment.China becomes a partner of Africa after African countries passed through different economic challenges like poor infrastructures Africa road and railways system are not good that affect much economic activities to be well practice and being beneficial issue in Africa that affect much the GDP of the African states,lack of good governance in utilizing resources some of African leaders are more corrupted and poor economic planning thus why their economy is still poor.Africans have their own goals like a GDP of up to 2050 reach $29 Trillion,African saw that the only true friend is China which has a real love for the developing countries different to western who is exploiting Africa in terms of loans conditions and other means of neo-colonialism,China always from the win–win aspect they do not give the African fish but they teach on how to get a fish as a solution of fighting the issue of dependence.China play different roles in economic development of African nations like trading activities between China and Africa where by Africa export and import from China like in Tanzania they export raw materials to China and different crops like avocado,cash nuts.This study comprises five chapters that tie with the economic contribution of China to African countries Tanzania as a case study and explained the strengthening of the diplomatic relation in different economic aspects.Africa had faced with many economic challenges.This chapter also translates the meaning of fleeing the African continent into China-African relations due to the cause that western had failed to maintain the solution of the African economy,by the time the 1950 s the Chinese foreign policy was adopted to support African countries struggling against the Colonialism and imperialism and supporting the poverty eradication.What roles does China play in the economic development of African nations,particularly Tanzania,was the study question? Also presents the answer on the main argument of the study,which is based on the benefit of Tanzania to engaging in economic productivity by implementing different economic projects like infrastructures,agricultural projects,and industrial economic zone with foreign direct investment,the significance of the study,the thesis will continue to accelerate Tanzania government on emphasizing the external economic diplomatic opportunities in developing the different items likewise technological transformation concerning with economic development between Tanzania and China,gaining the best practices on economic experience growth as well as social and humanitarian connections.The first Chapter was to discuss issues of African Economic development as introductory parts of this thesis and discuss the different challenges that hinder economic development in Africa like poor infrastructures,and poor education system:that the educational ranks and standards are very low in Africa.These levels are contributed by the good curriculum,the bad implementation,and lack of good governance in some states,insufficiency of efficient and effective teachers,and poor conducive environment for educational flourishing or provision of positive changes in educational sectors.Many African children are rundown in education development due to poverty and poor infrastructure;especially those remote areas(interlock).Foreign aid: this is done by assisting African nations in financing important infrastructure projects like constructing roads and schools,which in turn creates jobs for locals.It makes it possible for societies to develop to a comfortable level.Foreign aid does have its limitations,though.Some countries only use the funds provided by donors to meet their basic necessities,which leads to dependency on aid.Climate change and Political Instability: have made Africa difficult for many African countries to acquire sustainable development.The inability of the government to adequately create plans and enforce laws that always threatens the Africa economic development that hampered in economic progress.The sources of African economy depend on agricultural sectors,trade activities,and manpower also this part explained on the current economic situation of Tanzania and its challenges that hinder economic development,Also this chapter explained the literature review the theories of the Balanced Economic Growth Theory,Theory of Unbalanced Growth,and Vicious circle theory,and also the literature had ties with the development of infrastructure,trade cooperation,and development aids.The thesis shows the structure of the study which flow the research management from the binging to the end of the research.Chapter two was well developed with the background and evolution of the contributions of China on the economic development of Tanzania based on different ideologies which include realism which emphasized national interests and importance to the state which is based on power and security,power is constantly the immediate aim and state goals.Realists firmly believe that the anarchic international power structure is chaotic and that governments lack the confidence to make sound decisions.Liberalism,in this terminology,argued that the political community needs respect and dignity which relate the foreign policy,and agreed that the state continues as a figure of unity of international systems the last theory of Marxism,the idea of continuing to emphasize the class struggle of capitalism and workers,surplus values of profit,revolution,and addition of dictatorship of proletariat groups in industrials.In further ahead with continuing with several phases of economic interaction between China and Africa which include Early Dynasties,it was the where China interact with Africa for trading activities in 700 AD up to 1800 under Tang Dynasty to Qing Dynasty in this time Chinese were sent to Egypt and expended in Kenya coastal cities state and Zanzibar belt.The industrial era,was from 1800 to 1949 when the Chinese held the reins of trade in industrial time strategic era.Those phases are explaining the importance of economic development of the two destinations which ties the existence before the African colonial invasion which means China was a vital state of the economic relationship with their neighbour in the blood of Africa.Chapter three was full detail about China – African economic interdependent based on mutual benefit to both two parties by restarting with industrial building cooperation and performing the significant investment dealt with the win-win cooperation by looking at the Chinese proverb on teaching someone to fish and not give him a fish which based on how to help someone on capacity building and no give an aids as a result he become dependent to you due to that notion China had paved the way to the solution of African economic problem.China places a far greater emphasis on economic infrastructure and is changing the crucial aspect of encouraging industrial investments.China and Africa’s collaboration was closely linked to the important economic,Development in different sectors: trade relations,agricultural investment sector,commodities transportation,solving the unemployment calamities and developing the infrastructure schemes like railways,airport,road,and bridge and Ports.The mutual support from China encourages the economic catalyst of fastening the easy and increasing Gross Domestic Product(GDP)of African countries.Chapter four is exaggerating the issue of China’s initiatives and agreement for African economic development China under China Communist party established Belt and Road initiatives to cement cooperation between China and Africa,through this initiative China establish different infrastructures in Africa like transportation,communication,and energy development or otherwise Belt and Road initiative had speed up regional integrations and easier diplomatic relation and reduced the development gap between developing one and developed.On the other hand,China had signed different economic agreements based on trade aids and technical cooperation,that combined trade and economic council will be established and other current agreements is an opening of the large market of avocado and dish fillet this was an agreement which was signed between the President of China Xi Jinping and the President Samia Suluhu Hassan.Also this Chapter illustrated on the challenges and impact of China to Tanzania
