| With the continuous deepening of higher education in China,higher education institutions are currently in a new stage of development.To make universities invincible in competition,it is necessary to improve their comprehensive strength at all levels.Especially,it is necessary to establish a scientific,reasonable,and objective management system to accurately evaluate the management work of teachers and administrative personnel in the school,which plays a significant role in improving the overall structure of the school and enhancing its competitiveness.Teachers and school administrators are two different groups,and their mutual connection,interaction and mutual restriction are complex and interactive,so they often have inconsistency in the process of completing tasks,which leads to conflicts.Through the research on the actual situation of H school and the communication between some teachers and administrators in the form of interview questionnaire,the result shows that the conflict between teachers and administrators is the inevitable result of the joint action of various factors in the school management,which is objective.It is like a double-edged sword,both positive and constructive,and negative and destructive.On the one hand,conflicts can break the stability and balance of the existing state.On the other hand,it will stimulate teachers and administrative staff to actively understand new contradictions,adapt to new situations,solve new problems,do a good job in the dynamic adjustment work,and enhance the cohesion of the whole school staff.Among them,the conflict of interest is the most common,the most important and the most complicated conflict in the management of H school.Teachers and administrators,due to their different responsibilities,tasks,positions and responsibilities,are concerned with different interests.When dealing with problems,each person often starts from his or her own interests or the interests of the group,which may cause conflicts.The most relevant and direct manifestation of benefit distribution is the school’s performance appraisal system.Since the conflict is inevitable,H School takes a positive attitude to deal with it and coordinates the conflict between the two sides through some strategies and methods.However,because the school has problems in dealing with the conflict between the two,there are still contradictions between teachers and administrators.Under the current assessment system established in H School,there are many explicit or implicit contradictions between teachers and administrators in cognition and work.For example,in the assessment,there are objections to the setting of indicators of the existing assessment system,and in the setting of goals,there are also contradictions in dealing with the problem from the interests of both sides.By analyzing the conflict response between the two,in order to improve the professional ability of teachers and the management ability of administrators,so as to promote the overall development of schools,this paper gives some relevant countermeasures and opinions on how to optimize the conflict response path between teachers and administrators.The application of management related theoretical knowledge and the connection with the development goals and school running characteristics of the school are carried out from the following perspectives: the purpose of this study is to clarify the performance assessment objectives,determine the scope of responsibilities of teachers and administrators,use the Balanced scorecard,improve the administrator files and other aspects,so as to enhance the cooperation between teachers and administrators,resolve conflicts,Provide scientific and effective support for the sustainable development of schools.Specifically,this study will rationalize the conflict response paths between teachers and administrators,establish a sound working mechanism,and promote their active collaboration,thereby creating a favorable environment and conditions for the development of the school. |
