Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Talent Training In Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strateg

The "vernacular" nature of our society determines that the modernization of the country cannot be separated from the rural society,and the promotion of rural modernization is the only way to build a socialist modern country.Vocational education is an important force to promote rural revitalization,and its strategic significance,practical dilemma and innovative path have attracted wide attention in theory and practice.2021 "Opinions on Accelerating the Revitalization of Rural Talents" calls for accelerating the development of vocational education for rural areas and cultivating talents urgently needed in rural areas;in 2022 "Opinions on Promoting the Key Work of Rural Revitalization in2022" calls again for to run a good vocational education and strengthen the construction of the talent team for rural revitalization.The introduction of these requirements will further promote academic research including talents from non-agricultural and agricultural vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization.This study compares the literature and relevant theories related to the rural revitalization strategy to determine the importance of higher vocational college education to the rural revitalization strategy.The relationship between rural revitalization strategy and talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges is explored.Using City B Vocational College as a case study,we adopted questionnaire survey,case study method and field research method to summarize the specific implementation of talent cultivation in City B Vocational College.We conducted questionnaire survey on teachers and students of higher vocational colleges,and conducted field research and interview research in the villages supported by the college counterparts to understand the misalignment between talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and the actual needs of villages,and explore the fitting point between the two.Conduct questionnaire survey on some enterprises to understand the specific needs of enterprises,especially agriculture-related enterprises,for talents training in higher vocational colleges.The problems are mainly in five aspects,such as the tendency of running school away from agriculture,the mismatch between supply and demand of professional settings,the quality of student sources to be improved,the quality of dual-teacher team to be improved,and the disconnection of the system of integration of industry and education,etc.,and analyze their specific reasons respectively.Finally,we summarize the experience of the implementation of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and explore and propose that in the context of rural revitalization strategy,higher vocational colleges should clarify the orientation of vocational education and update the philosophy of vocational education,optimize the structure of vocational education majors in line with the goal of rural revitalization,reform the cultivation mode of vocational education in line with the demand of rural revitalization,break the barrier of educational resources and cultivate dual-teacher teacher team,deepen the integration of industry and education and enhance the adaptability of vocational education.The five measures to optimize the talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges and universities.
