| Rural issues have always been highly valued in our country.From the construction of a new socialist countryside that was proposed in the 1950 s to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy first proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China in October 2017,adhere to the agricultural and rural areas.Prioritizing development,and then to the No.1 Central Document in 2018,the specific deployment of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is sufficient to show the importance of rural work in the construction and development of our country.Through practical exploration in recent years,the vast rural areas have made great progress in rural construction and governance.The production and living standards of farmers have risen steadily,and they have gradually got rid of poverty and moved towards a well-off society.The revitalization of the countryside has achieved initial results.However,there are still many contradictions in actual work,one of the core is the shortage of talents.At the same time,we are faced with the major practical problem of the difficulty of obtaining employment for vocational graduates.How to open up the channel for the shortage of rural talents and the difficulty of obtaining employment for higher vocational graduates has become a core contradiction that this article will resolve.This paper divides the research on the employment and entrepreneurship of higher vocational graduates in the context of the rural revitalization strategy into document analysis,the status and problems of rural grassroots employment and entrepreneurship,in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey analysis,domestic and foreign higher vocational graduates’ employment and entrepreneurship experience,practices and references,Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,the several key parts of higher vocational graduates’ rural employment and entrepreneurship thinking and countermeasures are combined with the use of human capital theory,labor market segmentation theory,and content-based incentive theory for analysis and research.Taking Guangdong as an example,this article uses in-depth interviews to understand the work and living conditions of graduates who have been employed in rural areas and entrepreneurs in higher vocational education,andthrough interviews with relevant people around them,to understand their work status from the side,focusing on the impact of analysis The personal factors of employment,family factors,environmental factors,as well as the satisfaction during the employment process,the benefits produced and so on.At the same time,the questionnaire survey is used to understand the students’ willingness to work and start a business in rural areas,to provide an effective reference for cultivating rural revitalization strategy builders,and to provide a new thinking direction for solving the employment difficulties of college students.After in-depth analysis,it is found that accumulating grassroots training experience,being close to home,realizing personal value,and high employment pressure in cities are important reasons why vocational graduates choose to work in rural areas.However,in the process of rural employment and entrepreneurship,it is found that policy guarantees are insufficient or Insufficient implementation,difficulties in reemployment,lack of high-quality entrepreneurial projects,and lack of training and education opportunities have also become obstacles to the long-term development of higher vocational students in rural areas.Finally,based on the survey results,this article proposes countermeasures and suggestions from increasing government support,building service platforms,setting up reasonable incentive plans,improving vocational graduates’ rural employment and entrepreneurship capabilities,changing employment and entrepreneurship concepts,and forming a good public opinion atmosphere.The effect of joining many vocational graduates to the rural revitalization and construction team. |
