Research On The Satisfaction Evaluation Of Guangxi Government Business Environment—Based On The Survey Of High-tech Enterprises

The business environment represents the soft power of a country’s economic competition.Optimizing the business environment can promote investment and unleash the vitality of the market.The business environment consists of four elements: the market environment,the government environment,the legal and policy environment and the cultural environment.The government environment element is the primary focus of market players and an important area for the government to improve the business environment.At present,China has achieved good results in the construction and optimization of the business environment of government affairs.Carrying out the evaluation of the business environment of government affairs and understanding the true level of the improvement of the business environment of government affairs can promote the continuous upgrading and optimization of the business environment of government affairs.This paper takes the business environment of government affairs in the business environment as the key point of evaluation.According to the content of the business environment of government affairs,four dimensions of public policy supply,institutional transaction cost,government affairs service and government supervision are selected to carry out a survey on the satisfaction of the business environment of high-tech enterprises in Guangxi.Data and information were collected through interviews,questionnaires and other methods.SPSS software was used to conduct descriptive statistical analysis,reliability and validity analysis,and one-way analysis of variance on the survey data,and regression equation model was established to explore the satisfaction evaluation status of high-tech enterprises in Guangxi on the current Guangxi government business environment.This paper finds that the evaluation of high-tech enterprises on the business environment of government affairs in Guangxi has not reached a high level of satisfaction,and there are still many things to be improved.At the same time,it is found that public policy supply,institutional transaction costs,government services and government supervision will significantly affect the public’s evaluation of satisfaction with the government business environment.In the process of continuously optimizing the government business environment,the government can continue to improve and optimize the supply of public policies,institutional transaction costs,government services and government supervision,pay attention to the innovation and development of enterprises,and constantly promote economic development from the soft power of the system.
