| With the increasingly clear trend of regional integration,trans-regional collaborative governance has begun to highlight the important role of promoting regional development,and is becoming one of the main lines of regional governance.Through trans-regional cooperation,the goal of promoting the economic development of backward regions can be achieved,which is conducive to promoting the coordinated economic development of our country.It is of great significance to the whole country to build the cooperation model area between the southern Jiangxi Revolutionary Old Base Area and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The revitalization of the revolutionary old base Area has always been the concern of the CPC Central Committee,The State Council and various ministries.In the newly issued documents on the revitalization of the Soviet Area,it is also proposed to support the integration of the revolutionary old base Area into the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,which can promote the rapid economic development of southern Jiangxi.So as to drive the overall development of Jiangxi,promote the backward areas of high quality,high level development.By analyzing the connotation of trans-regional collaborative governance from the theoretical level,the paper further expounds how the theory of trans-regional collaborative governance can be applied to the construction of the cooperation model area between the old revolutionary base Area and the Greater Bay Area.The paper adopts the method of literature research,collects online and offline data,and pays attention to the progress of the cooperation between Ganzhou City Government and the local government of the Greater Bay Area.At the same time,it adopts the method of visiting and researching.To understand the views of government staff and the public on the development of the model cooperation area,and put forward corresponding countermeasures for the problems existing in the process of the development of the model cooperation area and its integration into the Greater Bay Area. |
