The Research Of University Logistics Delicacy Management And Its Optimization From The View Of Digitization

As a part of modern education service,college logistics service quality plays an important role in affecting the quality of higher education service.In recent years,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and other technologies gradually integrate into the whole process of economic and social development in various fields,along with the accelerating innovation of Internet,while restructuring the economic structure,it also has a far-reaching impact on the reform of public management,and brings further challenges to the reform of logistics management in colleges and universities.Under the background of digitization,how to apply the delicacy management concept in logistics management in colleges and universities is an important reform task facing digital challenges for college logistics.This paper is studying delicacy management at the view of digitization,taking canteen management of China Jiliang University as an example by using the method of literature analysis and case analysis.Based on the delicacy management theory and digital governance theory,from the basic concept of digitization,under the background of delicacy management,the paper is to build the framework of delicacy management and the digitization transformation,analyse the delicacy management challenges of university logistics,taking delicacy management in China Jiliang University as an example,and put forward three optimizing ways for university logistic delicacy management with digital management transformation,which is to construct the mechanism of digital transformation of university logistics management,construct of university logistics digital management service standards and improve the data coordination ability of logistic service in colleges and universities.
