A Practical Exploration On The Construction Of Guangxi Rural Community Governance Community From The Perspective Of Spatial Production

In the report,it pointed out that we should "improve the effectiveness of social governance,smooth and standardize the channels for the expression of people’s demands,interest coordination,and rights and interests protection,and build a social governance community in which everyone has a responsibility,everyone is responsible,and everyone enjoys." Community governance is the basic unit of social governance community,and its essence is to reconstruct the behavior,relationship and structure of social governance subjects,and reconstruct the "organic solidarity" model of interdependence and mutual benefit.However,under the influence of capital power,the tradition of rural communities continues to strengthen the instrumental rationality of rural areas,and the value rationality continues to weaken.Then,under the situation of "insufficient tradition and excess modernity",how to build a rural community governance community with both value rationality and instrumental rationality? In the process of governance transformation,the country continues to delegate power to the grassroots.How to connect the governance space between the community and the government,and how to achieve a multi-dimensional,collaborative,integrated and symbiotic rural community governance community?In order to solve the above problems,in recent years,the academic community has set off a wave of research on the production practice of community public space,pointing out a new development direction for the practical exploration of community governance community construction.If community is defined as a community,then the existence of community as a population gathering space will no longer be a static,solidified and dead container,but become a dominant and constructive force affecting social relations and social behaviors of spatial subjects.From the perspective of space,this paper adopts the multi-case study method and selects D villages in A County,E villages in B county,and F villages in C county,Nanning City,Guangxi as typical cases.According to the path of space production practice of "space attribute-space practice-space reproduction-space re-practice",the analysis framework of "space subject embedding-social action strategy-social space reproduction" is intended to be established.Starting from the three elements of the analysis framework,firstly,the spatial production practice process of the three administrative village cases from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization is analyzed,and then the practical model and effectiveness of building a rural community governance community with multi-subject cooperation,social action coordination and close social relations are discussed.Secondly,with the help of the theoretical analysis framework,this paper discusses the practical dilemma of the construction of rural community governance community from the three aspects of the practice of community space production,namely,the interlocking of subjects "decoupling",the inefficiency of social action strategies and the differentiation of value concepts,and summarizes and extracts the influencing factors of the construction of rural community governance community.Finally,the paper reconstructs social space,autonomous space and interest space from the three dimensions of social space representation,space interaction subject and social action,and finally builds the organizational community,interest community and action community of rural communities.
