A Study On The Formation Mechanism Of Spatial Conflicts In Resettled Communities For Landless Peasants From The Perspective Of Space Production

The resettled community is a new type of community with the development and expansion of the city.Different from the general urban communities,the po pulation composition of the resettled community is complex,the stakeholders inv olved are more diversified,and the interest pattern is more complex,which has become the frequent occurrence and gathering place of various contradictions and conflicts.Especially for the rural residents who occupy the vast majority of the population,they are bound to experience the transformation of spatial structure,spatial relationship and spatial concept,which will inevitably lead to maladjustme nt and disharmony.As the specific scene of governance,space is the focus of c onflict governance.Concentrating on the governance of space conflicts in the res ettled community can effectively ensure the stability of the community order and enhance the level of community governance.Based on the literature review and theoretical deduction,this paper construct s the space conflict formation mechanism model of resettled communities from t he perspective of space production.The model takes stimulus organism response(SOR)as the framework,classifies material space factors and social space factors as stimulus variables,mental space factors as body variables,and community sp ace conflicts as reaction variables,and makes a specific analysis of each spatial factor.Among them,material space factors include private space quality and publ ic space quality,and social space factors include formal system The conflict of mental space includes cognition and emotion.After studying the relationship betw een the specific factors,the research hypothesis is put forward.Then,the paper identifies the measurement indicators of each variable,on th e basis of the pre survey,a formal questionnaire was formed,taking 10 resettle ment communities in Hangzhou as the formal research objects,uses the field que stionnaire distribution method to issue 500 questionnaires,and takes back 431 va lid questionnaires.Spss26.0 and amos22.0 are used to analyze the reliability and validity of the data and structural equation analysis,and test the research hypoth esis Countermeasures and suggestions.The results show that:(1)from the perspective of space production,there ar e two main paths that affect the spatial conflict of demolition and resettled com munity,including the elements of material space dimension and social space dim ension,which form the space conflict by influencing the spiritual space element,and the spiritual space element directly leads to the space conflict.(2)In the ma terial space factors,the quality of private space and public space have an impact on community space conflict through cognition,and the impact of public space quality is greater than that of private space,which shows that improving the qua lity of space can effectively strengthen positive cognition and reduce the occurre nce of conflicts;in social space factors,informal institutions have an impact on community space conflicts through emotion The results show that the possibility of conflict can be reduced by accelerating the construction of informal system to promote the generation of community emotion;in the spiritual space factors,co gnition and emotion can directly affect the formation of spatial conflict in demol ition and resettled community,and the influence of cognition is greater than that of emotion.In addition,cognition can also affect community space conflict thro ugh emotion,indicating positive cognition and emotion can avoid conflict.
