The right of employment equality is one of the basic human rights,which concerns the survival,development and dignity of workers.Many of our laws and regulations involve employment equality.However,in recent years,some employers exclude graduates from "non-double first-class universities" or other non-key universities in the recruitment process of college discrimination,which damages the employment equality rights of graduates from different colleges and universities.This paper first analyzes the structure and inherent requirements of the right of employment equality,and then proposes that "the employment discrimination in colleges and universities is an unreasonable differential treatment,and the state should regulate it" by combining with the relevant theories of differential treatment.This article then analyzes the causes of employment discrimination phenomenon in different universities,and finds that our current university rank division system is not very reasonable,the legal system of anti-employment discrimination should be perfect,and the supervision and relief in the field of anti-employment discrimination exist lack of problems.Finally,combined with the historical evolution law of employment equality and the relevant experience of foreign anti-employment discrimination,this paper puts forward specific suggestions on improving the legal system of employment equality,administrative security mechanism,judicial security system and strengthening the demonstration and education role of state organs in promoting employment equality.In order to promote the development of equal employment right. |
