Research On Grid Management Of Urban Community In Xingyi City From The Perspective Of Multiple Subjects

Community is the cell of the city and the "last mile" of urban governance.The quality of urban community governance will affect the development of the entire social governance system.It is related to the quality of life of residents living in urban communities,the overall development of enterprises and institutions within the community,and the development and perfection of various organizations related to the community.In the past,the traditional community governance model with single main body,opaque information,imperfect governance mechanism and poor governance environment has become increasingly difficult to meet the needs of urban community governance modernization.As an innovative means of collaborative governance in social governance,grid management has been widely used in many regions of the country.However,from the perspective of practice and effect,its role is uneven.The urban grid management system with good economic foundation is relatively complete,and it is relatively mature in institutional construction,resource integration,operation mode,financial security and other aspects.It can play a better role in dealing with problems in urban governance,However,some regions,especially the third-tier and fourth-tier cities,are affected by such problems as hierarchical authority and weak economy,which may lead to unclear positioning of the grid and insufficient security,leading to the fact that the grid is often empty and difficult to play its role.Taking the urban community grid management of Xingyi City as the research object,from the perspective of the government,the community and the residents respectively,on the basis of referring to a large number of documents,this paper analyzes the current situation of urban community grid management in Xingyi City through the literature analysis method,and then combines the questionnaire survey method and interview method to understand the current situation of urban community grid management in Xingyi City in detail,to understand the effectiveness of current urban community grid management in Xingyi City,At the same time,it points out the shortcomings of urban community grid management in Xingyi City,analyzes its causes,and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the continuous improvement and development of urban community grid management in Xingyi City,further improve the autonomy of community residents,and realize the decentralization and co-governance of multiple subjects.
