Research On Optimization Of Government Data Sharing Mechanism Based On Blockchain Technolog

The gradual increase in the importance of data is closely related to the progress of human beings.In the information society with the continuous development of new technologies,the increase of social level demands,the improvement of government functions and the enhancement of government operation efficiency have brought about the vigorous development of data,which is reflected in the dramatic increase in the total amount of data on the one hand,the spread of the breadth of coverage on the other hand,and the extension of the depth of reflecting problems on the other.The total amount of data and the horizontal and vertical changes require the government to change from the former fragmented and compartmentalized data islands to a common cooperative organism,establish a government data sharing mechanism,and realize the sharing of government data to maximize the benefits of data.However,due to the problems of difficult data security,inconsistent data technology standards,unacceptable government sharing concept and imperfect organization and coordination mechanism,it is still difficult to achieve a breakthrough in China’s government data sharing mechanism.It can maintain data security and build a standard and unified data platform.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the optimization of government data sharing mechanism based on block-chain technology,firstly,defining the related concepts and clarifying the theoretical tools,including mechanism,data,government data,government data sharing,and block-chain technology,and the theoretical tools include socio-technical theory and information sharing theory.Next,the connotation of government data sharing mechanism is explained,including technical support system,organization and coordination mechanism and guarantee mechanism;and its optimization obstacles are analyzed,including four aspects of concept,system,security and technology.Then,we analyze the role of block-chain technology in the optimization of government data sharing mechanism,including the organizational appropriateness,technical matching,and policy support;and take the block-chain platform for real estate registration in Beijing as an example to specify the role of block-chain technology in the optimization of government data sharing mechanism.Finally,based on the above research analysis,the optimization path of government data sharing mechanism based on block-chain technology is clarified.
