Study On Quality And Safety Governance Of Vegetables In Longyan

Vegetable quality safety is the source of food safety,related to people’s health and life safety.Strict farmland to the table of each line,to ensure the quality and safety of vegetables,is a very important project for the people.However,due to the many production points and wide range of vegetables,involving many production links and interest subjects,under the background of imperfect governance system,there are many problems in vegetable quality and safety governance,hidden food safety risks can not be ignored.Therefore,how to strengthen the governance of vegetable quality and safety,so that all kinds of relevant subjects participate in the process of vegetable quality and safety governance,is a practical topic that needs to be studied and solved.Based on this,this study is based on public governance theory and collaborative governance theory,and adopts research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview to carry out research on vegetable quality and safety governance in Longyan City.First of all,the literature research method was used to summarize the relevant work at home and abroad,and the questionnaire survey and interview method were used to investigate the status quo of vegetable quality and safety management in Longyan City.Secondly,from the level of government,agricultural producers,consumers,industry associations and other participants in co-governance,the main problems are analyzed and their causes are explored.Finally,based on the current situation,problems and causes,the realization path of social co-governance of vegetable quality and safety in Longyan City was discussed,and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to increase publicity and guidance,give full play to the leading role of party construction,improve the incentive and restraint mechanism,clarify the supervision responsibilities of government departments,strengthen the investment in information construction,strengthen the construction of credit system,strengthen the construction of industry associations,etc.In order to provide valuable reference for the government to further strengthen the vegetable quality and safety governance.
