| As the main behavior object for the tax authorities to perform tax management functions,tax officials are the direct executors of the tax authorities and the main executors of tax obligations.For a long time,they have been at the forefront of tax services and local law enforcement,and have direct contact with taxpayers.The workflow is to know whether the function can be fully realized.The question is whether the rights and interests of taxpayers can be protected.However,due to the inherent psychological characteristics,family responsibility,promotion ceiling,role conflict and other factors,the degree of job burnout of female civil servants is higher than that of men,which affects their physical and mental health,work efficiency and family life.The situation is not optimistic.How to deal with the existing and hidden job burnout in this group and how to stimulate the enthusiasm of female tax officials to start a business are issues that the tax system can not ignore.This paper takes Wenzhou tax system as a case study,through investigation and case analysis,to understand job burnout of female cadres in Wenzhou tax system.Use the ERG theory,the research of job burnout,finds out the deficiencies of female tax cadres in multiple needs,and puts forward effective improvement methods and ways for the existing problems.Sort out the negative,the post rotation system for female tax cadres;In terms of the needs of mutual relations,we should unblock the channels of expression,create an atmosphere of communication and expression,break the inherent traditional concepts,guide families to give understanding and support,and development needs,we should establish and improve the incentive mechanism and the selection and appointment system,strengthen the self-development of female tax cadres,and do a good job in career development planning and management. |
