The Determinants Of Female Cadre

Over the recent years, our party and country attach great importance to female cadre's ability construction their cultivation and selecting. This dissertation analyze the factors of city A's female cadre through studying their distribution and employment distribution. It also puts forward some advice of how to reinforce female cadre team's construction under this new condition together with female cadre's comparative advantages compared with male cadre.Firstly, I start my point from the brief introduction of city A's female cadre's distribution and professions condition. Through collecting statitics,questionnaires and interviews of female cadre, I analyze the affecting factor are just for their self—factor social one and organizational one.Second is their character and personality comparative advantage during the leading work.The last one but not the least one is my suggestion or countermeasure for them to promote growth. Specifically, let's divide it into three facets. The first one is upgrading their own conditions such as self—quality and confidence. And then we should take the current culture background into consideration. Build the social environment and breakthrough traditional constraints. At last, we should take notice of the policy,regulation and working approach, perfecting organizing environment, increase political ascension opportunity.
