Study On Public Governance Mechanism Of The Equipment Of The Central Resettlement Zone In Zhaotong City

As an important issue and practice of China’s national development plan,the relocation of poverty alleviation leaves a highly valuable one in the course of modern China’s poverty alleviation and governance,and thus makes it easy to alleviate poverty and relocate an objective proposition that can be re-recognized and re-practiced,which has both the theoretical value of building and developing Chinese governance system,and urgently needs to consolidate and promote the path of resettlement area governance.In this regard,the article selects the mechanism of public governance in centralized placement zones as a research topic,and strives to synthesize theory and practice,not only seek the key to the governance of the resettlement areas from practice,but also use it to solve the mystery of resttlement area governance,and the relevant research is based on the benign process of "practice-recognition-re-practice".In the specific study,the research results of existing public governance theory and the realistic research of the case are synthesized,the article positioned the public governance mechanism of Jingan settlement area as the operating system of public power constructed in the Jingan settlement area with the framework of public organizational form,and at the same time,based on theoretical understanding,the article adopts the analysis framework of "process-structure-function" and the analysis framework,from the generation,operation and function of three chapters to comb the mechanism of public governance in the Jingan settlement area.Finally,the article concluded that in the process of easily alleviating poverty relocation political practice,in order to more effectively promote the practice of pro-poor relocation policy,take the experience of grass-roots governance as reference,and take the social linkage of the various subjects involved in policy practice as the framework,and then plan and construct a set of power systems with the color of project governance system and grassroots political system.In theory,it highlights the extensive political mobilization and coordination of power in project governance system,and the governance experience of building a social order through party building leading grass-roots governance.In practice,it highlights the understanding that the public governance mechanism of resettlement areas is a reflection of the practical logic of interaction between the relocation practice and the multi-agent interaction in the management of the settlement area,consolidating and promoting the governance of the resettlement area,and it is necessary to uphold and develop its public governance mechanism in a prominent position,so that the resettlement community remains stable and can promote the development of the resettlement area society.Of course,adhering to and developing its public governance mechanisms requires compliance with the series of governance experiences that are accompanied by generating and operating.
