| Educational informatization is one of the measures for education to adapt to social development and improve educational equity.The rational allocation of educational informatization resources provides a necessary basis for the fairness of educational informatization.Based on the data analysis of G City,a county-level administrative unit,this paper analyzes the fairness of information resource allocation of compulsory education in China from a micro perspective,and puts forward public policy suggestions to promote the fairness of information resource allocation of compulsory education.Firstly,the article analyzes the fairness of information resource allocation of compulsory education in G City from two aspects: the current situation and achievements of information development of compulsory education in G City.The research believes that the compulsory education in G City has strengthened the information level of teachers、continuously improved the hardware resources of information in compulsory education and increased the investment of education funds year by year by increasing special teachers’ posts and improving information technology skills training,The fairness of compulsory education in G City is further improved.Secondly,based on the investigation,it leads to the research on the fairness of information resource allocation of compulsory education in G City.After the research,it is considered that in the allocation process of compulsory education informatization resources in G City due to the lag of public policies,the imperfection of informatization resource allocation mechanism,the insufficient investment of special financial funds,the unreasonable allocation of teachers’ posts and other reasons,the total amount of compulsory education informatization equipment resources in G City is insufficient,there are obvious differences between urban and rural areas and between schools,the maintenance guarantee of informatization equipment is insufficient Insufficient allocation of information-based teaching courseware resources and other unfair problems.Finally,this paper puts forward the establishment of information resource sharing mechanism,the establishment of compulsory education information leading working group,the establishment and improvement of equipment resource guarantee service system,and the improvement of compulsory education information resource allocation mechanism;Increase the investment of special financial funds to ensure the fair allocation of information. |
