Study On Xi Jinping Thought Of Rule Of Law

In the process of human development,the rule of law,as one of the achievements of human civilization,has played an important role and served an important function,promoting the development of the country and the stability of society and safeguarding people’s rights.Since the new era,General Secretary Xi Jinping has applied the general principles of Marxist rule of law theory and integrated them into the overall development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the great practice of building a rule of law China,forming Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.The report of the 20 th Party Congress promotes the rule of law,implements the rule of law,and plans for the rule of law from the strategic height of realizing the rule of law in state governance,combines the Marxist principle of rule of law with the new practice of rule of law in Chinese style to a new level,puts forward a series of new assertions,new deployments,and new requirements for the comprehensive rule of law,expands and deepens the breadth and depth of the socialist theory of rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and is a shining document guiding the comprehensive rule of law in the process of the new journey.It is a glorious document guiding the comprehensive rule of law in the process of the new journey,and a spiritual banner leading the construction of China under the rule of law.This paper takes Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law as the research object,through collating and analyzing Comrade Xi Jinping’s important discourses on the comprehensive rule of law since the new era,and on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the relevant literature on Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law at home and abroad,it conducts an in-depth study on Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.First,the concepts related to the rule of law are defined,the rich connotation of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is explored,and the background of the emergence of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is explained,including Comrade Xi Jinping’s personal,domestic,and international backgrounds.Secondly,this paper argues that the core essence of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law should be interpreted from six levels: the core of the rule of law,the subject of the rule of law,the object of the rule of law,the direction of the rule of law,the layout of the rule of law,and the guarantee of the rule of law.The content of the inner mechanism of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is analyzed from four aspects: philosophical mechanism,theoretical mechanism,cultural mechanism and practical mechanism,and the inner logical relationship of the formation of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is clarified.Taking into account the new situation at home and abroad,the importance of Xi’s thought on the rule of law is explored in four dimensions: political,theoretical,practical,and world.Finally,the practical path of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law leading the comprehensive rule of law is considered and analyzed from six aspects: political direction,problem orientation,general grasp,main role,major relationships and key tasks.Specifically,it includes: first,improving the top-level design and working mechanism of the Party’s leadership in the comprehensive rule of law;second,emphasizing problem orientation and using rule of law thinking and rule of law to solve various social problems;third,establishing an efficient and complete socialist rule of law system with Chinese characteristics;fourth,giving full play to the active role of various subjects in rule of law construction;fifth,profoundly grasping the major relationships elucidated by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law;and sixth.A profound understanding of the key tasks proposed by Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law.
