| Along with our country entering the "fourteen Fifth Five-Year Plan" development period,the national policy support and investment in various industries and fields continues to increase,the county level in the field of party style and clean and honest construction of anti-corruption work is more difficult,the clean and honest risks often occur,we need to continue to prevent violations of discipline and illegal incidents.Since the reform of the supervision system,the construction of the discipline inspection team at the county level has been enhanced,but there are still some problems that need to be solved urgently.In the face of the complex and changeable situation of anti-corruption,there are still some hidden and multiple problems in the field of Party conduct,clean government and anti-corruption.We are soberly aware that there is still a certain gap between the county-level discipline inspection and supervision work and the requirements of the CPC Central Committee,the expectations of the people and the requirements of high-quality development.Therefore,Building a loyal,clean and responsible cadre of county-level discipline inspectors is of great practical significance.It is the top priority in promoting comprehensive and strict Party governance and continuously consolidating the overwhelming victory of the fight against corruption.This paper takes the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Q County of Hebei Province as the research object.From the idea of "raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems",it uses case analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and literature research.This paper studies and analyzes the present situation of the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Q County of Hebei Province,the existing problems in the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Q County of Hebei Province,and the causes of the problems,and puts forward the relevant measures to improve the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Q County of Hebei Province.On the basis of the relevant literature theory at home and abroad,through the case analysis,this paper discusses the present situation of the cadre team construction in Q County,including: the general situation of the cadre team,the main measures taken by Q County to strengthen the cadre team construction of discipline inspection and supervision and the results achieved.According to the questionnaire survey and interview,the analysis shows that there are still some problems in the construction of the discipline inspection and supervision team in Q County,such as the discipline inspection and supervision cadres dare not to push the truth,lack of professional level,supervision and management mechanism is not perfect,assessment and incentive system is not perfect.The research and analysis show that the main reasons for these problems are the ideological construction is not in place,the cadre education and training mechanism is not perfect,the discipline inspection and supervision cadre access qualification is too broad,the cadre supervision and management mechanism and incentive guarantee mechanism is not perfect.In order to further enhance the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres in Q County,it is necessary to improve the construction of discipline inspection and supervision cadres from the aspects of firm ideals and beliefs,improve the training system,improve the cadre selection and appointment system,establish and improve the supervision and management and incentive assessment mechanism,so as to improve the overall level of discipline inspection and supervision cadres and provide strong discipline guarantee for the high-quality development of social economy. |
