Rural primary education plays a very important role in our country.Cultivated a large number of outstanding talents,made important contributions to the development of the country and society,and promoted the development of rural areas.At the same time,rural primary education can enable rural children to receive the same education as urban children,Improve the level of education development in rural areas.In the process of development of rural education,the problem of job burnout among rural primary school teachers has become increasingly prominent.This not only damages the professional development of teachers,but also becomes a major bottleneck restricting the sustainable and healthy development of rural education.Therefore,exploring the internal causes of rural primary school teachers’ job burnout and proposing strategies to eliminate job burnout are of great significance for building a good team of teachers,improving the quality of teachers’ teaching,and promoting the development of education.This study uses questionnaire survey,literature and interview methods to investigate the status quo of job burnout among rural primary school teachers in Yingshan County,Nanchong City.By distributing and recovering 460 valid questionnaires to six elementary school teachers in Yingshan County,and comparing the score scales,it is concluded that: in the dimension of career development and professional emotion,it is moderate job burnout,and in the dimension of job satisfaction,it is mild Burnout.After the questionnaires were collected,SPSS22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaires to ensure the reliability of the items.In view of the above situation,this paper proposes that corresponding countermeasures should be formulated at the four levels of government,society,school and individual teachers to alleviate the problem of job burnout of rural primary school teachers.These countermeasures include improving and implementing government policies,establishing a broad social support system,improving school management systems,and improving teachers’ personal qualities.While summarizing the research results,this paper also reflects on the proposed countermeasures to alleviate the job burnout of rural primary school teachers,analyzes the shortcomings of the paper,and looks forward to the next research direction.
