Research On Career Planning For Tianjin Rural Primary School Teachers

Hundred years’ policy based on education;while the education policy based on teachers.The country puts the construction of rural teachers in the strategic position,while the key point of the construction of rural teachers lies in the development planning of their career.This paper selects the representative "rural primary school teachers" as the sample to analyze their career planning,in terms of rural primary school teachers have difficulties in traffic and receiving information and have less opportunity to accept new ideas.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey and interview to study the career planning of rural primary school teachers.Through literature review,the status quo of the professional development and career planning of rural primary school teachers at home and abroad is understood,and the career planning and development of rural primary school teachers is in the initial stage.Through the questionnaire survey,the basic situation of rural primary school teachers,teachers’ understanding of professional development,understanding of career planning,training needs and school support for teacher career planning;through interviews,this paper aims to understand the thoughts of teachers of different teaching ages on their career planning in rural primary schools,as well as the support degree and measures taken by school administrators for the career planning of rural primary school teachers.The research of this paper shows that rural primary school teachers have insufficient knowledge of career planning,little knowledge reserve and limited professional development,the school has not established a sound career planning system,and the education department has not established an appropriate evaluation mechanism.To solve these problems,this paper put forward by increasing rural primary school teachers’ career planning knowledge reserves,improve rural primary school teachers on the importance of career planning,strengthen rural primary school teachers’ professional development,improve rural primary school teachers’ career planning of the external environment and optimizing suggestions to promote the rural primary school teachers’ career planning.
