Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of County-level Governments In Optimizing The Business Environmen

A good business environment can provide high-quality guarantees for the economic development of a region,and a good business environment in a region has become one of its core competitiveness.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee and the State Council have attached great importance to the construction of a business environment.From the perspective of the government,the government plays an important role in promoting the optimization of the business environment.Q City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Weifang City,Shandong Province.In the 1990 s,Q City had strong economic strength,but in recent years,the overall situation has not been as good as before.Therefore,this paper uses theories such as the New Public Service and service-oriented government to study the problems that exist in the process of optimising the business environment in Q.It can help Q to compare the shortcomings and fill in the gaps,so as to better create a good business environment and promote the rapid development of the region.This paper finds that Q city has taken some effective measures in the process of optimizing the business environment,including providing complete production factors for enterprises,creating a good government service environment,carrying out strict supervision and enforcement,and introducing various policies related to enterprises.At the same time,a total of 210 questionnaires were distributed to the personnel of municipal departments,township departments and enterprise personnel in Q to understand the views of these personnel on the business environment in Q.After summarizing and analyzing,it can be found that although the measures in Q city have achieved certain results,there are still obvious shortcomings in the specific work,including the weak supply capacity of various factors,the low quality and efficiency of government services,the poor effectiveness of supervision and law enforcement,and the lack of policy implementation.The reasons for the problems are diverse,and after an in-depth analysis,it can be found that the reasons for these problems are diverse,including the imbalance in the allocation of production factor resources,the lack of awareness of government service concept,the dislocation of supervision and law enforcement responsibilities,and the defects in the system design.After analyzing and summarizing the experience and practices obtained in optimizing the business environment in Weifang Changle County and Shenzhen Longgang District,this paper proposes that Q should further optimize the business environment by strengthening the work of factor supply,continuously improving the level of government services,perfecting the mechanism of supervision and law enforcement,and creating a good atmosphere of rule of law,so as to improve the The paper proposes that Q should further optimize the business environment by strengthening the supply of factors,continuously improving the level of government services,improving the supervision and law enforcement mechanism,and creating a good atmosphere of rule of law,so as to improve the current situation of business environment and promote economic development.
