Research On Cadre Team Construction Of "Two Committees" In Gacha Village Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The 19 th national congress put forward the Rural Revitalization Strategy and put forward the general requirements of "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and rich life".So far,the development of China’s "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" has entered a new stage.Taking the cadres of the "two committees" in keshketeng banner as the research object,this thesis analyzes the current problems and causes of the cadres of the "two committees" in Gacha village,keshketeng banner,and puts forward relevant countermeasures in combination with the actual situation.Firstly,it explains the relevant concepts of Gacha village "two committees" cadres and Rural Revitalization Strategy,gives a clear definition,explains the connotation,overall requirements and significance of Gacha village cadre team construction,and summarizes the research status in relevant fields at home and abroad.Secondly,through the analysis of the flag team index data and relevant policies on the construction of village cadres in recent years,it is found that keshketeng banner has done a lot of work in the construction of "two committees" cadres in Gacha village according to the spirit of provincial and municipal documents,mainly focusing on personnel selection,guarantee,and management,but the policies are lack of systematicness and innovation.Thirdly,it makes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the construction of the cadre team of the "two committees" in Gacha village,keshketeng banner and the causes of the problems.The problems mainly focus on the poor team structure,low ability and quality,the absence of supervision and management,and the difficulty in realizing the political future.The causes of the problems mainly include the cadre team itself and the superior party committee and government.Finally,combined with the full text,this thesis puts forward reasonable suggestions,and believes that we should focus on strengthening the construction of the cadre team of the "two committees" in Gacha village,keshketeng banner from four aspects: optimizing the structure,improving the ability,standardizing management and political incentive.
