Research On The Interactive Relationship Between Township Government And Farmers Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The rural revitalization strategy is the general starting point for the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers " in the new era.It is a powerful measure to promote the all-round development and long-term development of rural areas.It is an urgent requirement to solve the main social contradictions in the new era.The township government is the grassroots executor of the rural revitalization policy,and the farmers are the participants and beneficiaries of the rural revitalization.It can be said that building a benign interactive relationship between township government and farmers is an important link in the implementation of various policies and the promotion of rural revitalization.At present,the rural revitalization strategy has been widely implemented in China,and governments at all levels are also continuing to deploy and carry out a series of rural revitalization work.However,how to make the township government and farmers establish a consensus of co-construction,co-governance and sharing in rural revitalization,fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of farmers,implement the policies of rural revitalization,and achieve the expected goals,which determines the necessity of building a benign interaction between township government and farmers in rural revitalization.However,in the process of rural revitalization,the phenomenon of less interaction between township governments and farmers,non-active interaction and poor interaction effectiveness is widespread.Due to the systematic,long-term,integration and difference of the rural revitalization strategy,the problems existing in the interaction between township governments and farmers also affect the realization of the expected goal of rural revitalization to a certain extent,which restricts the smooth progress of rural revitalization.Based on the administrative personnel of Niutouya Town Government in Beidaihe District of Qinhuangdao City and the farmers in the administrative villages within the jurisdiction,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey and interview survey on the interactive concept,interactive willingness,interactive action and interactive degree of township government and farmers in rural revitalization.It is concluded that there are some interactive problems between township government and farmers in rural revitalization,such as weak interactive concept,weak interactive willingness,lack of interactive action and insufficient interactive degree.Based on this,this paper examines and analyzes the causes of the interaction problem,and believes that the lack of subjective consciousness and interaction ability of farmers,the township government and its administration.
