A Study On The Construction Of Grass-Roots Party Organizations In The Central Soviet Area

The Communist Party of China,a proletarian party with strict organization and discipline,has always attached great importance to the construction of organizations,especially the construction of grass-roots organizations."Red China" and "struggle" newspaper,as the central organ newspaper founded by the Communist Party of China during its partial reign in the Central Soviet area,cooperate with propaganda and reporting on the construction of grass-roots organizations in the Central Soviet area,and is one of the party’s important ruling resources.it plays an important guiding role in the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the period of the Central Soviet area."Red China" and "struggle" newspaper,as the "mouthpiece" of the party and government,are important newspapers and periodicals for the Soviet government to contact the masses,and undertake the important task of publicizing the Party’s ideology,line,principles and policies.through "Red China" and "struggle" newspaper,the Communist Party of China reported a large number of events and policies about the construction of grass-roots party organizations,which provided rich theoretical achievements for the construction of grass-roots party organizations of the Communist Party of China in the new era.Through the analysis of "Red China" and "struggle" newspaper,this paper aims to study the construction of grass-roots organizations in the Central Soviet area based on the relevant theories of party organization construction,and to summarize and absorb historical experience and enlightenment.strive to provide reference for the construction of the Party’s grass-roots organizations in the new era,and make a useful exploration for realizing the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The structure of this paper is as follows: the first part is the analysis of the background of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the Central Soviet area and the introduction of "Red China" and "struggle" newspaper.It is mainly expounded from two aspects: the historical background and theoretical sources of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the Central Soviet area.The second part summarizes the reports of "Red China" and "struggle" on the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the Central Soviet area through the empirical analysis of historical data.it is pointed out that under the historical conditions at that time,the construction of grass-roots party organizations mainly existed in improper guidance from superiors to the party’s grass-roots organizations,lack of education and non-proletarian ideology.The system of division of labor and special responsibility of grass-roots party organizations has not yet been established;the work of grass-roots party organizations is not perfect and their self-construction is not in place.In view of the above problems,the grass-roots party organizations in the Central Soviet area proposed to extensively absorb advanced elements to join the party caucuses and strengthen the ranks of the party groups;strengthen the role of the leading organs of party branches,train excellent cadres,carry out branch re-election activities,formulate and issue regulations on the work of party branches,and establish central branches and model branches.These measures played an important role in promoting the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the Soviet area at that time.The third part summarizes the historical effect and realistic enlightenment of the construction of the Party’s grass-roots organizations in the Central Soviet area.
