Research On The Management Of College Student Associations Against The Background Of Innovation,Entrepreneurship And Creativity Education

Benefiting from General Secretary Xi Jinping’s proposal of at the Second Session of the Thirteenth National People’s Congress,“Through comprehensively deepening reform and opening up,for innovation and entrepreneurship,we should create a better environment for them,focus on solving outstanding institutional and systematic problems affecting them,and create incentives for them.In recent years,China’s innovation,entrepreneurship and creativity education has been a focus unprecedentedly,with phased progress made.College student associations are an important carrier for the construction of campus culture in our country and the main position of the "second classroom" in colleges and universities.How to manage this organization scientifically and improve the effectiveness of college education is an important issue facing colleges and universities.Innovation,entrepreneurship and creativity education has brought new opportunities for the management and development of college student associations,and has also put forward new requirements.There is an inherent logical relationship between the two that are interrelated and promoted.It is of great significance to make full use of the new opportunities brought by innovation and entrepreneurship to create education,to further strengthen the management of college student associations,and to give full play to the education function of college student associations.This paper,starting from outlining and summarizing the development path of“innovation,entrepreneurship and creativity” education at home and abroad and the management of student associations in colleges and universities,defining the basic concepts of “innovation,entrepreneurship and creativity” education,student associations in colleges and universities,and student association management in colleges and universities,illustrating management theories such as goal management and team management,and the necessity of strengthening the construction of university student associations under the background of “innovation,entrepreneurship and creativity”,summarizes the functions and management status of them.Take S University as an example,analyze the questionnaire survey and interview results of the management status of S University student associations under the background of the education of innovation,entrepreneurship and creativity,and summarize the main problems: the "three innovations" elements are not reflected enough,and they have insufficient radiating and leading role in the construction of associations;types of associations Imbalance,insufficient activity innovation;loose management of associations,difficult to achieve the expected results;lack of resources of those student associations,and limited innovation and development.The thesis is guided by management theory,and analyzes the reasons in depth from the dimensions of community positioning,layout,management mechanism and resource input.To draw lessons from the experience of students’ association management in colleges and universities at home and abroad,this paper put forward the countermeasures to improve the management of student associations under the background of “innovation and entrepreneurship creation” education: firstly,to define the development orientation,to construct the model of “innovation and entrepreneurship creation” ability,to expand the scientific and technological innovation community.Building Virtual Simulation Club course and club brand activity,so that the curriculum and the activities of the association could be strengthened;secondly,to perfect the management system,to construct the management system of the student association under the leadership of the Communist Party Committee,and the league committee and the innovation and entrepreneurship college should work hand in hand;thirdly,to perfect the operation mechanism based on the entrance and exit,examination and incentive mechanism of the student association,and try to establish the cooperation of the department mechanism;fourthly,to improve the establishment of a security system,and based on this system,we should make sure that the supply of resources be treated as the key,and that the strengthening the construction of the team as the focus in order to provide a strong guarantee for the management of student association.
