Research On The Education Management Of Party Members In Colleges And Universities

The education management of student party members is directly related to the quality of the team of college students.In recent years,the number of college student party members has been increasing,making the education management of college student party members an important part of China's higher education work.It is also an important topic in the current party building work in colleges and universities.The importance of the education management of student party members is increasingly apparent.Under the current situation,with the changes in the background of the times and the changes in the social environment,new problems faced by the education management of student party members are constantly emerging.These new problems require that the education management workers of college student party members need to constantly update the content and form of student party members' education management to meet the new requirements of the new eraThe paper takes Z College as an example,and sorts out the current situation and main problems of the education management of party members in Z College through the summary of questionnaires and interviews.Based on the analysis of the problems,this paper puts forward corresponding measures.The study found that the education management of party members of Z-school students still exist these problems: the awareness of party members of student party members needs to be strengthened;the vitality of party organizations to carry out education management work is not strong,and the effect of education management is not good.Great attention should be paid to the party spirit education of student party members,fully use the initiative of grassroots party organizations in the education management of student party members,and explore new modes of education management to solve.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status of the education management of student party members in Z College and to propose methods to improve the quality of current work.
