Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Emergency Management Of Middle School Campus Crisis

The stage of middle school is a key period for students to connect the preceding and the following in their career.It is a period of rapid development of students’ psychology and physiology.The fluctuation of the external environment is directly related to students’ physical and mental health.The occurrence of public crisis events,such as sudden public health crisis,natural disasters,students’ physical and mental health crisis and security crisis around the campus,all threaten the property and life safety of campus teachers and students to varying degrees,and bring harm to the society.Middle school campus crisis emergency management is an important topic of public crisis management research,which has important practical significance to improve the ability of middle school campus to deal with crisis management.Firstly,this study adopts the research methods of questionnaire and interview to define the concepts of middle school crisis events and middle school campus crisis emergency management,summarize the types of middle school campus crisis events,and introduce the theoretical basis of middle school campus crisis emergency management:4R crisis management theory.Secondly,the author tries to conduct case analysis based on the investigation of the current situation of emergency management of five middle schools in Chaozhou in response to the novel coronavirus pneumonia crisis,summarizing the initial achievements of the five schools in emergency management of the campus crisis and analyzing some problems such as emergency reduction,emergency preparation,and poor response.The main reasons for the above problems are: the reduction level of crisis emergency management in middle school campus is low,the preparation mechanism is not clear,the disposal quality is poor and the recovery system is not perfect.Finally,combined with the experience and Enlightenment of domestic middle school campus crisis emergency management,and guided by the theory of crisis management,this paper discusses the countermeasures to solve the problems of middle school campus crisis emergency management from the four stages of reduction,preparation,response and recovery.It is proposed to strengthen the emergency management capacity of campus crisis events,optimize the emergency management preparation mechanism of campus crisis events,improve the quality of emergency management and disposal of campus crisis events,and improve the emergency management and recovery system of campus crisis events.It is hoped that by constantly exploring effective public crisis response measures,we can orderly and efficiently prevent and control various risks brought by sudden crises to the campus.
