Study On Construction Of Crisis Management System In Colleges And Universities Based On 4R Theory

With the rapid economic development and internet technology is developing rapidly,domestic society and culture are undergoing profound changes,and social contradictions have shown highlight trends,college students,as the most powerful communicators and creators of social culture,are undoubtedly influenced by them.Under the background of education reform and expanded enrollment of colleges,student scale had increased a lot;civilian-run colleges,open environment,network communication and so on also make the socialization of college deepening,the contradictions and risks existing in the society are more likely to affect the students in the school.Under the influence of social change,college reform and self-management,colleges have become the place where the incidence of sudden crises frequently happen.These will not only disrupt the normal operation order,damage the interests of teachers and students,but also have a negative impact on the student development and social reputation of colleges and universities,and seriously hinder the healthy and steady development of colleges and universities.Therefore,strengthening the crisis management of colleges and universities has become a realistic issue that must be faced by the management of colleges and universities,which requires universities not only focus on the regular management,but also pay attention to the prevention at early stage and effective control of crisis.This paper starts with domestic and international literature review,to conduct the summary of college crisis management characteristics and principle.This paper introduces the theory of crisis life cycle,the theory of 4R crisis management and the advantages of applying these theories.Use survey research method,analyzed the present state of crisis management in several school of Tianjin area.In the meantime,based on previous research and work experience,select the typical case of ZY College,and detailed analysis of the advanced experience and shortcomings of the case from the stage of before crisis,in crisis,and after crisis.Base on the case analysis and practice,this paper summarizes the basic achievements and problems of crisis management in ZY colleges,and reveals the achievement till now and the root cause of the crisis in College.Finally,aiming at the existing problems,from improving the early-warning mechanism,decision-making mechanism,response mechanism and recovery mechanism put forward the basic strategy of university crisis management with expectation of promoting the university crisis management level which has significant affection of maintaining harmonious and stable development of college and universities.
