Since the 18 th National Congress,with the deepening of the fight against corruption and the gradual implementation of the reform of the supervision system,the scope,power,and means of oversight of the discipline inspection and supervisory organs have been progressively enlarged and reinforced.At the same time,their review and investigation activities are becoming more sophisticated,as is their workflow.Discipline inspection and supervision organs must undertake better self-monitoring as supervisors.Case supervision and management work is an important part of the internal oversight of the discipline inspection and supervision organs and an important guarantee for the rule-governed development of the review and investigation work in the discipline inspection and supervision organs.Township-level discipline inspection and supervision organs do not have a special case supervision and management department,the case supervision room of the county-level discipline inspection and supervision committee is responsible for the case supervision and management work of the township discipline inspection and supervision organs.However,the actual work of case supervision and management quality and efficiency is poor in the township discipline inspection and supervision organs.Therefore,the core objective is to find methods to accurately explore the case supervision and management dilemma of the township discipline inspection and supervision organs in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the case supervision and management work of the township discipline inspection and supervision organs,which is also the key research of this thesis.This thesis takes the cases supervision and management work of discipline inspection and supervision institutions in the villages and towns of F county as the research object.It based on the current condition of the cases supervision and management work in the township discipline inspection and supervision institutions.Through interviews and questionnaire surveys,it deeply analyzes five problems existing in the cases supervision and management work of the township discipline inspection and supervision institutions: the supervision and inspection function is not fully performed;the supervision and management to the case process of the township discipline inspection and supervision is not strict;the system construction of cases supervision and management is not sound;the system conduction is not strict;and the information application is not popularized.Through deeply analyzing the various reasons of the problems,and according to the Power Balance theory,Process Control theory and E-government theory,it poses the effective solutions to the problems.This thesis aims to improve the quality and effectiveness of case supervision and management work of the township discipline inspection and supervision organs in F county,hoping to promote the high-quality development of supervision,inspection and review and investigation work of township discipline inspection and supervision organs.It also hopes to provide reference for improving the quality of case supervision and management work in townships in other regions.
