Study On Party History Learning And Education For Party Members And Cadres In The Yan’an Period

Paying attention to,learning,examining and studying the CPC’s history is the crucial to the victory of the Chinese Communist Party over the enemy and the victory.It is both a fine tradition of our Party and a political advantage of our Party to organize and summarize the development history of the Party in a targeted manner.Now,we have to make a targeted and systematic collation and summary of the far-reaching and effective practice of Party history learning and education for Party members and cadres carried out under the leadership of the Party during the Yan’an period.Which can not only enrich the relevant research in the Yan’an era,but also provide experience to the ideological and political work of the party in the new period.During the Yan’an period,the Chinese Communist Party faced unprecedented difficulties,as well as a complex situation on both the international and domestic fronts.Under such conditions,it was very necessary to educate Party members and cadres about the party strategy.The CPC party officers have carried out a series of Party history learning and education work,which went through four stages: mobilization and preparation,preliminary development,full-scale development and systematic conclusion,the main contents of which included study of designated Party history documents,dialectical understanding of the Party’s historical experience,study of the history of the United Communist Party(UCP)and mastering the methods of studying Party history;the main methods included preparation of the “Party Book”,special training and school education,and reading of Party history.The main methods include preparation of the “Party Book”,special training and school education,self-study by reading Party newspapers and periodicals,lectures or reports by Party leaders,and integration with the Rectification Campaign.During the Yan’an days,party members and cadres were educated in Party history.Not only achieved good practical results,namely:provided a strong spiritual impetus for the smooth development of revolutionary practice,ultimately promoting a high degree of unification of the Party’s ideology,leading to the successful convening of the Seventh Congress;enhanced the theoretical training and practical work of Party staff and officers;pushed forward the first giant jump of Marxism into China;pioneered the learning and educating of party history for party members and cadres.It also shows unique characteristics such as diverse learning methods,complete learning system,specific education objects and clear learning principles.The development of party history studying and teaching for the party members and cadres in the Yan’an period has accumulated successful historical experience and it provides practical revelation for the current study and education of Party history,that is,adhering to the overall leadership of the Party,focusing on the central work of the Party,focusing on improving the Party spirit of Party members and cadres,creating a rich and diverse form of learning and education,and adopting the concept of stratified and classified education.Through the study of party history learning and education for party members and cadres in the Yan’an period,we found that the content of party history learning and education for party members and cadres cannot remain unchanged,but should be based on historical experience and be based on solving the problems of the times.In the new era,the ideological situation of party members and cadres,the social environment and the structure of the team have changed,and it is particularly urgent to strengthen party history learning and education for party members and cadres.Must learn from the party in the Yan’an period to carry out the successful experience of party history learning and education of party members and cadres,so as to enhance the actual effect of party history learning and education.
