Research On Ideoiogical And Political Education Of Party Members And Cadres In The New Democratic Revolution Period

The political quality of party members and cadres promotes the construction and development of the talent team,and the political quality consolidates the ruling position of the CPC.The party’s construction cannot be separated from the ideological and political education of party members and cadres.The New Democracy revolution period is an important period for the CPC from establishing political power to stabilizing its ruling position,and also a critical period for the party to lead the people to win the victory of the New Democracy revolution.In the turbulent war environment,ideological education plays an important role in stabilizing the situation.Party members and cadres are the core backbone of all Party activities and the executors of various Party undertakings.To further promote the Party’s own construction,it is necessary to strengthen ideological and political education for Party members and cadres.A hundred years of party history have proven that party members and cadres must have both"excellent" political literacy and "outstanding" professional abilities.Historical experience is the mirror of today’s development,and actively promoting ideological and political work is still the key idea for the Party to strengthen organizational construction today.This paper takes the New Democracy Revolution period as a time category,and takes the ideological and political education of party members and cadres as the research object.First,it analyzes and summarizes its causes and characteristics.Second,it divides the entire development process of ideological and political education of party members and cadres into four stages,namely,the preparatory period,the embryonic period,the mature period and the perfect period.During the Great Revolution,the ideological and political education of party members and cadres mainly focused on the promotion of Marxism as a sharp tool to inspire the people’s wisdom and strive for more proletarians to join the CPC.During the Agrarian Revolution,cadre training courses and party schools were established,and the establishment of cadre schools meant the establishment of a framework for ideological and political education of party members and cadres.During the Anti Japanese War,a large number of more specialized cadre schools were established,and ideological and political education achieved a qualitative leap.During the War of Liberation,the Party focused on self-education and strengthened the confidence of party members and cadres in the victory of the revolution.Finally,it is concluded that the education of ideals and beliefs is the top priority,the popularization of Marxism is the core content,and service awareness is the central link.This inspires cadres in the new era to strengthen their beliefs and enhance their ideological consciousness;Be loyal and clean,and cultivate political character;We must cultivate self-discipline,strengthen responsibility and lead by example,and establish a "wild goose formation" pattern.Regardless of any period in history,party members and cadres have always been the backbone of the party organization.Their ideological and political education follows the development laws of the party and the people’s various undertakings,stabilizes the party’s ruling position in unpredictable times,and promotes the construction of a united and unified ruling party.
