Research On The Effective Connection Between The Consolidation Of Poverty Alleviation Achievements And Rural Revitalization In Huayin City From The Perspective Of Online Coupling

At this stage,China’s overall promotion of rural revitalization and the effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization have important strategic significance for accelerating China’s agricultural and rural modernization.Therefore,how to effectively link the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements with rural revitalization in all aspects has become an important issue facing the academic community.First of all,this paper clarifies the basic concepts of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and elaborates the rural development theory,coupling theory and sustainable development theory related to this paper by collecting and sorting out the research results of the current academic circles on the effective connection between the two and other specific contents.At the same time,in combination with the actual work of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Shaanxi Province,Huayin City was selected as the specific research object,and first-hand data were obtained through field research,expert interviews,questionnaires and other methods.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization in 10 poverty alleviation villages in Huayin City,the coupling model was adopted,from the coupling quality The level and trend of coupling and coordination measure the degree of effective connection between the two in 10 poverty relief villages in Huayin City,and then analyze the coupling state of effective connection between the consolidation and expansion of poverty relief achievements in Huayin City and rural revitalization.Based on the analysis of the coupling state,this paper further studies the problems and causes of 10 poverty relief villages in Huayin City in the process of consolidating and expanding the poverty relief achievements and effectively linking the rural revitalization.The analysis shows that at this stage,there are mainly problems such as unclear development of leading industries,serious loss of rural labor,inadequate investment in cultural construction,imperfect green development model and unsatisfactory effect of villagers’ autonomy.Finally,this paper proposes the specific optimization path for Huayin City to realize the effective connection between the two from the aspects of industrial development,talent construction,cultural supply,ecological protection and rural governance,and gives targeted policy recommendations.
