| Poverty alleviation has created a premise and foundation for rural revitalization,rural revitalization is conducive to the consolidation and deepening of poverty alleviation achievements,accelerating the effective connection between the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and rural revitalization,and finally realizing the common prosperity of urban and rural residents,which is closely related between the two in theory and practice.Taking Xuyong County,Sichuan Province,located in the Wumeng Mountain Area,as the research unit,this study constructs the evaluation index system of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Xuyong County from 2015 to 2021 from a micro perspective based on the theories of system coupling,industrial integration and sustainable development.Firstly,the entropy weight method is used to measure the weights of each evaluation index of the two systems,and then the comprehensive development level of the two is calculated by using the comprehensive development level measurement model.Then,the coupling coordination degree between the two systems was measured by the coupling coordination model,and on this basis,the differentiation factor detector and interaction detector in the geographic detector were used to explore the main influencing factors of the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and the results were analyzed.Finally,suggestions are put forward to promote the effective connection between industrial development,ecological livability,governance,rural style and civilization and common prosperity.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive effectiveness of the poverty alleviation system and the comprehensive development level of the rural revitalization system in Xuyong County show an increasing trend year by year.From 2015 to 2021,the comprehensive effectiveness of the poverty alleviation system,the comprehensive development level of the rural revitalization system and the comprehensive development index of the indicators at each level of the two systems showed an increasing trend year by year,and reached the highest value in 2021.Although the comprehensive effectiveness and development level of the two are increasing year by year,they are still at the upper middle level of development,indicating that there is still more room for improvement in the two.(2)The poverty alleviation system and rural revitalization system of Xuyong County have entered the stage of intermediate coupling and coordination.From2015 to 2021,the coupling degree between the poverty alleviation system and the rural revitalization system in Xuyong County is high,and the coupling coordination degree is increasing year by year,and the coupling coordination relationship has been in the intermediate coordination stage,but there is still a certain gap between good and high-quality coordination,so the coupling coordination development level of the two systems needs to continue to improve.From the perspective of relative development coefficient,the development speed and level of the two tend to be basically the same,and show a synchronous development trend,which belongs to the synchronous development type.(3)The effective connection between the poverty alleviation system and the rural revitalization system in Xuyong County will be affected by many factors.On the one hand,from the single-factor detection results,the seven driving factors have a strong impact on the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization in Xuyong County,but the degree of influence is different.Among them,the economic driving factors have the strongest driving effect on the effective connection of the two systems,while the impact of environmental support,cultural development vitality,people’s livelihood security,industrial driving force,infrastructure driving force and governance effectiveness on the effective connection of the two decreases in order.On the other hand,the results of multi-factor interaction detection show that all the impact factors have an interactive effect on the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,and the influence of any two factors will show the characteristics of two-factor or nonlinear enhancement after interaction.At the same time,the multi-factor interaction driving force was higher than the single-factor driving force,and there were no independent impact factors,among which the interaction of each factor in the economic driving force and the industrial driving force was significantly higher than that of the other factors,which played a leading role in the process of effectively linking poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. |
