Research On The Construction Of Rural Grassroots Party Organization At Heshan Town Of Tongxiang City Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots Party organizations and giving play to their leadership is the first essential of rural revitalization.It is of great practical significance to explore how to build Party organizations at all levels in rural areas under the macro-strategic background of rural revitalization to play their role as battle fortressand promote rural revitalization.In this paper,9 administrative villages of Heshan Town are selected as all the investigation samples to explain and understand the relevant concepts of rural revitalization and rural grassroots Party organizations in more detail and practical.Through field investigation,data and literature review,questionnaire survey and one-to-one interview,this paper focuses on the cases of 2 typical villages,comprehensively understands the situation of 9 administrative villages in Heshan Town,conducts in-depth discussion on the current situation and problems,analyzes the historical and practical reasons for its formation,and finally puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the above research,it is found that the propaganda of Heshan Town is not enough,and the mass base is weak;Leadership is not strong,the initiative of party members is poor;Population structure is unbalance,aging is obvious;Low informatization level,poor learning ability 4aspects of the problem.The reasons mainly lie in three aspects: system,Party members and cadres,and collective economic foundation.Finally,it puts forward four suggestions,including strengthening the combat effectiveness of rural grass-roots organizations,strengthening the construction of Party members and cadres,expanding the collective economy at village level,and promoting the integration of three governance and grass-roots governance.
