Reasearch On Prevention And Control Of New Drug Crimes

The trend of new drug crimes has been increasing in recent years,and the new drugs are facing more severe challenges and difficulties in combating new drug crimes due to their new iterations and their own characteristics.This study starts from some of the characteristics of new drugs that distinguish them from traditional drugs,and systematically composes the concepts and characteristics of new drugs.By summarizing the current situation and characteristics of new drug crimes in China,we find out the problems in the prevention and control of new drug crimes and the causes of the problems,with a view to exploring the path to better prevention and control of new drug crimes in China.In terms of the governance system of new drug crimes,the author believes that the existing prevention and control system in China should be combined with the new drug crimes in different criminal links and new criminal methods that appear in the network,logistics,and overseas to analyze and explore its prevention and control.In terms of preventive education for victims of new drug crimes,the author believes that anti-drug propaganda and education should be purposefully combined with the means of the new media era,and that attention should also be paid to the regulation of contemporary cultural works involving images of drugs and drug dealers.In terms of the legal regulation of the prevention and control of new drug crimes,the author believes that the regulation and refinement can be carried out in three aspects:hierarchical control,new drug measurement and special law setting,and in this process,we can also draw on the useful experience of foreign countries to carry out the regulation.The prevention and control of new drug crimes is a complex proposition,which can be better analyzed and considered in the social governance and anti-drug education as well as legal regulation,taking into account the characteristics of the times and the characteristics of the crime itself,in order to get a more perfect prevention and control program and better prevention and control effect.
