Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Grass-roots Confidential Work In Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Under The Background Of Informatization Technology

Under the responsibility and mission of building a strong security line in northern China,the importance of security in the border and national security of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is increasing day by day.At the same time,with the rapid development and widespread application of Internet and other emerging technologies,security management is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges.In recent years,foreign hostile forces and intelligence agencies have tried every means to spy on and steal China’s state secrets,posing a serious threat to national security.Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is located in the northern border area of the motherland,with a vast territory,population evacuation,numerous ethnic groups,weak technology,the public awareness of confidentiality is not strong,and other characteristics,easy to be coveted by foreign secret stealers,increasing the difficulty of confidentiality management,especially as the grass-roots as the last mile of confidentiality,the slightest mistake will become a major disaster.With the background of informatization,this paper uses the method of investigation and questionnaire to study D District of E City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.First of all,this paper conducted a survey on the status quo of confidentiality management in Area D,and issued a questionnaire based on the actual situation.It concluded that there are problems in Area D,such as lack of information confidentiality management system,ineffective effectiveness of confidentiality publicity and education,incomplete investigation of hidden risks of confidentiality,and difficult personnel confidentiality management.Secondly,this paper analyzes and excavates deeply,and summarizes the causes of the problem into four aspects:organizational mechanism,social environment,external force and innovation practice.Finally,this paper puts forward four measures to strengthen the grass-roots confidentiality management in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region under the background of informatization,namely,consolidating the confidentiality risk control,strengthening the concept of national security,improving the collaborative governance of confidentiality and promoting the construction of confidentiality informatization,which makes a useful attempt to adhere to and implement the overall national security concept and improve the grass-roots confidentiality security in northern China.
