Study On The Optimization Of Development Mode Of Underforest Economy Industry In Guizhou Minority Areas

With the continuous deepening of the reform of the collective forest right system,the under forest economy has developed rapidly,the scale of the under forest economy has gradually expanded,and the development mode of the under forest economy has shown a diversified trend.Guizhou Province regards the development of under forest economy as an important starting point to promote the rural industrial revolution and implement the rural revitalization strategy.As a new economic development mode of forestry industry,the undergrowth economy in Guizhou ethnic regions relies on forest and woodland resources to conduct ecological species breeding on,in and under forests in traditional agricultural species and breeding methods,which has inherent advantages,but also faces many challenges.Especially,problems such as the endogenous power of undergrowth economic development,the level of marketization,brand construction,forest property financing,and insufficient scientific and technological support need to be solved urgently.In this paper,taking the undergrowth economic industry in Guizhou ethnic regions as the research object,using the ecological economic theory,industrial economic theory,sustainable development theory and other related theories,using the literature analysis method,case analysis method,comprehensive analysis method,field survey method,the optimization of the development model of undergrowth economic industry in Guizhou ethnic regions is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation of the development mode of undergrowth economic industry in Guizhou ethnic regions.Through literature analysis and field research,this paper analyzes and investigates the development mode of the under forest economic industry in Guizhou ethnic areas,and analyzes four production modes of the under forest economic industry: under forest planting,under forest breeding,under forest collection and processing,and forest landscape utilization,and three types of organization modes: "farmers" leading,"enterprises" leading,and "grass-roots organizations" leading.(2)This paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of undergrowth economic industry in Guizhou ethnic regions.The main problems restricting the development of under forest economic industry in Guizhou ethnic regions are insufficient endogenous power,low level of marketization,weak brand construction,limited forest property mortgage financing,and insufficient scientific and technological support(3)This paper analyzes the typical cases of undergrowth economic industry in Guizhou ethnic regions.Jinping County of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture,as a typical case of national undergrowth economic development,innovated the "five forest model" of planting and breeding in forests,in forests,and under forests,leisure tourism in forests,and processing of forest products outside forests.Wudang District,Guiyang City,as the first batch of practice and innovation bases of "green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains",took Jinping County and Wudang District as typical cases to analyze and summarize the advantages and opportunities of their development models,It can be used for reference to optimize the development mode of undergrowth economy and industry in Guizhou ethnic regions.(4)The development mode of undergrowth economic industry in Guizhou ethnic regions was optimized and countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.Guided by the theory of sustainable development,the theory of ecological economy and the theory of industrial economy,and combined with the existing development model and resource conditions in Guizhou ethnic regions,the development model of under forest economy and industry in Guizhou ethnic regions was optimized,and according to the development of under forest economy in Guizhou ethnic regions,the countermeasures and suggestions for speeding up the development model of under forest economy and industry in Guizhou ethnic regions were put forward.
