Operational effectiveness is an important index to measure the capability of equipment to accomplish a given operational mission in certain conditions,which plays a key role in promoting the transition of equipment development,exploring equipment operational application,and accelerating the generation of fighting capacity.There are many factors that affect the operational effectiveness.To fully evaluate the operational effectiveness of equipment,it is necessary to investigate the operational effectiveness of equipment performing different operational tasks under different conditions.In most cases,a single data source can not provide all the data required for operational effectiveness evaluation,and the data of operational effectiveness evaluation is multisourced.The multi-sourced data results in some difficulties when evaluating the operational effectiveness of equipment,traditional evaluation method is no longer suitable in this situation.To perform the comprehensive evaluation of equipment operational effectiveness,originated from the unsolved problems existing in combat effectiveness evaluation,the reach on multi-source data fusion method for equipment operational effectiveness evaluation,based on the Belief Rule Base(BRB),is investigated.The main works of this paper includes:(1)A multi-source data difference fusion method based on BRBAiming at the problem of value difference of multi-source evaluation data,a multisource data difference fusion method based on BRB is proposed.First,the equipment operational effectiveness index system of system is reconstructed according to the different data sources.Then,the weight of the evaluation result is calculated by using the difference information,and the final evaluation result is obtained by aggregating layer by layer based on the weight.The proposed method provides a feasible idea for the equipment operational effectiveness evaluation,in the meantime reducing the evaluation complexity.It also fully excavates the internal value of evaluation data and realizes the scientific evaluation of equipment operational effectiveness.(2)A multi-source data fusion method based on Belief Rule Base with Attribute Reliability(BRB-cr)Aiming at the problem of quality difference of multi-source evaluation data,a multi-source data fusion method based on BRB-cr is proposed.Two separate parameters,the overall data reliability and the rule reliability,are proposed to measure the overall deviation of evaluation data and the interpretability of evaluation confidence rule base,respectively.Specifically,Evidence Reasoning rule(ER rule)is used to fuse activation rules,so that the impact of data quality differences on the output results is effectively reduced while the interpretability of the model is ensured.Using the method to evaluate equipment operational effectiveness can effectively reduce the impact of quality differences on equipment operational effectiveness evaluation,improve the accuracy of evaluation results and realize the scientific evaluation of equipment operational effectiveness.(3)A multi-source data fusion method based on Adaptive Boosting-Belief Rule Base(Adaboost-BRB)Aiming at the problem of balance difference of multi-source evaluation data,a multi-source data fusion method based on Adaboost-BRB is proposed.A multi-layer device BRB is built in an iterative way.According to the difference of output results,the ability of processing data with large deviation is optimized,which effectively alleviates the data imbalance and improves the accuracy.The method can reduce the balance difference of evaluation data on equipment operational effectiveness evaluation,improve the accuracy of evaluation results and realize the scientific evaluation of equipment operational effectiveness.
