Along with the rapid development of cities and the economy,urban residents are increasingly concerned about their living environment,and "livable" has become a hot issue nowadays.Community environment is the basis of residents' survival and development.Whether the community environment is good related to not only the physical and mental health of residents,but the level of urban economic development and community construction.From the communities' point of view,the study of urban residents' living suitability,which aims to scientifically measure the construction space pattern of city's livable community,provides the urban construction sector decision-making basis of the construction of livable communities,so as to improve the quality of life of urban residents,benefit the further promotion of the coordinated development of population,resources and environment,and help the residents' daily life such as buying or renting a house,etc..Based on the sub-period community traffic hotspot and community activity,which constructs dynamic evaluation method of the urban community livability,the paper combines taxi trajectory,online map POI,geographical census and so on,and analyzes and evaluates the community liva'bility in the main urban area of Wuhan City,from the time and space level.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Evaluation,which is based on spatial mean,of equilibrium of communities'basic public service facilities.In view of the shortcomings of the quantitative methods of the basic public service facilities,this paper uses the method of spatial mean gravity model in geography to extend the concept,and consider the quantitative evaluation of the indicators from the perspective of the distribution of basic public service facilities within the community.By calculating the spatial mean of the indicators within the community,deviation distance to the geometric center of the community boundary can be calculated,and then the deviation distance should be divided by the number of POI points to eliminate the effects of numbers.By exploring the equilibrium distribution of indicators within the community,it is more scientific to quantify the indicators.(2)Extraction of community traffic hot spots Based on Taxi Data.Based on the taxi trajectory data,the passenger pickups and congestion features are extracted according to the passenger status,speed and other attribute information.Using clustering analysis for the extracted passenger pickups and congestion features by ST-DBSCAN algorithm has access to the traffic hotspot area of each time period,and then the index about residents' travel convenience can be acquired through the buffer analysis which quantify indexes.(3)Divided-period estimation of community vitality based on mixing degree of land use.Considering the varied active time of different service facilities and using the different types of POI data from schools,shopping malls,farming markets and so on,the mixedness of land use is used to estimate the activity degree of communities at different times.The mixedness of land use is calculated by formulas of Hill Numbers.The data of the comfort index of the residents at different times is obtained through the estimation of the activity of the community at different times.(4)Construction and realization of dynamic evaluation method of urban community livability.The paper takes into account the living convenience,travel convenience,living safety,and environmental comfort,combines the taxi trajectory,the online map POI,the geographical situation census and so on,to build the Method of dynamic evaluation of community of the city based on the sub-period community traffic hotspot and activity level.Firstly,the evaluation index system of community livability in Wuhan is determined,and the weight of each index is determined based on entropy weight method.Then,the livable index of each community in Wuhan is calculated and spatial-temporally analyzed.On this basis,the entropy weight method is used to determine the weight of the livable index at different times,the comprehensive livable index of each community is calculated and the comprehensive evaluation and analysis are carried out.
