Research On Evolution Of The Setup Of The CCP’s Grassroots Organization In The PLA

In the course of nearly a hundred years of development,the PLA has bred and developed the theory of the setup of the grassroots party organization of the army.Countless practical experience has proved that the deeper and more accurate understanding of the rules governing the setup of grassroots party organizations,the stronger the party’s absolute leadership over the armed forces will be,and the stronger the building of grassroots party organizations will be.In the centenary of the founding of the CCP,we systematically summarize the historical experience of the setup of the CCP’s grassroots organizations in the PLA since the founding of the army through this study,and adhere to the unification of theory and practice,history and reality,system and logic to carry out research,which is of great significance for strengthening and improving the party building of the army in the new era and promoting the modernization of military organization.Under the guidance of Xi Jinping’s thought on strengthening the military,this paper,mainly starts from the angle of military political work laws and regulations,combines the related disciplines of knowledge of the theory of political party,management science and inner-party laws and regulations,and focuses on the historical evolution of the setup of grassroots party organizations in the army,aiming at mastering the theoretical basis of the setup of grassroots party organizations in the army,exploring the institutional evolution of the setup of grassroots party organizations in the army,sorting out the way of the setup of grassroots party organizations in the army in the new era,discovering the evolution law of the setup of grassroots party organizations,and then summarizing and proposing the experience and inspiration of the setup of grassroots party organizations in the army.Through the research,the author believes that the setup of the CCP’s grassroots organizations in the PLA always follows the basic principles of the setup of grassroots party organizations and insists on conforming to the military leadership and command system,scale and structure and force organization,to the function of units and combat tasks,and determining the setting form according to work needs and the number of party members,always dialectically deal with the important relations between inheritance and innovation,general and special,rigidity and flexibility in the setup of grassroots party organizations,always adhere to the functional orientation of the party organization as a fighting fortress,aiming at improving the party’s leadership,organizational capacity and cohesion in community-level work,and promoting the overall progress and comprehensive improvement of grassroots construction.
