Research On The Improvement Of The Organizational Strength Of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations In My Country

Strengthening the construction of grassroots organizations,focusing on improving organizational strength,highlighting political functions,and building grassroots party organizations into a strong fighting bastion is a new requirement put forward by the party's 19 th National Congress for the construction of the party in the new era.Ideological and political education is one of the important functions of the Party's organizational construction.The rural grassroots party organization is a battle fortress for the implementation of the party and state policy guidelines at the rural grassroots level,and provides a solid guarantee for promoting the all-round development of rural agricultural farmers.With the entry of socialism with Chinese characteristics into a new era,new and higher requirements have been put forward for the construction of rural grassroots party organizations in China.The foundation is not strong,and the ground shakes.In order to solve the problem of weakening,blurring and marginalization within some organizations,such as the long-standing political awareness of rural grassroots party organizations,the aging of party members,the deterioration of service consciousness,etc.,it is imperative to consolidate and improve the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.Organizational power is the key.Organizational strength is the "soul" for consolidating and improving the construction of rural grassroots party organizations.Based on this consideration,this paper takes the immigrant village of the Middle Route Project of South-to-North Water Transfer as an example.Through the field visit to the immigrant village of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,interviews and surveys of party members and villagers,using literature analysis,qualitative research and comprehensive analysis to understand the current grassroots level of the immigrant village.The problems existing in the party organizations have deeply analyzed the reasons that affect the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations,and proposed an effective path to improve their organizational strength through problem analysis,thus providing experience for the improvement of the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations under the current rural revitalization strategy.And revelation.The research content of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part mainly analyzes the background information,research significance,domestic and international research summary,research plan and research innovation points.The second part is to define the connotation and function of the organizational strength of rural grassroots party organizations on the basis of the concept of rural grassroots party organizations,and to explore the necessity of improving the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations in immigrant villages.The third part is an empirical analysis of the immigrant village in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.Through the on-the-spot investigation of the immigrant villages in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project,two immigrant villages were selected as specimens to introduce the formation and development of the immigrant villages in the middle route of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project,the basic situation of the party building work in the immigrant villages,analyze the investigation and interview contents,and summarize the grassroots party building in the immigrant villages.Outstanding performance and problems.The fourth part mainly analyzes the problems existing in the organizational strength of the grassroots party organizations in the immigrant villages of the Middle Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project.From the aspects of organizational system and supervision system,it has carried out a more in-depth analysis.The fifth part is the theory and practice.Based on the factors affecting the organizational strength of the grassroots party organization in the immigrant village,the path of improving the organizational strength of the grassroots party organization in the middle line project of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project is proposed.The sixth part is the conclusion,which points out the relationship between Rural Ideological and political education and rural grass-roots party building,and draws the conclusion that rural ideological and political education should be used to guide the development of rural Party building with high quality.
