Research On The Countermeasure To Improve The Organizational Power Of Grassroots Party Organizations

The essence of organizational power belongs to the category of management.It refers to the integration of various resources within an organization with a clear goal-oriented,orderly structure and close relationship with the external environment.It is the actual operational carrier for maximizing organizational goals.It is a combination.Improving the organizational strength of grassroots party organizations is a realistic requirement for thoroughly implementing the spirit of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China;it is the need to see party self-governance exercised fully and with rigor;it is also the need of the Chinese nation to strive with one heart to realize the Chinese dream of national rejuvenation.In general,there are still many problems in the organizational power of grassroots party organizations.They are the foundation for grassroots party building is weak and the core role of politics is not enough.The specific performance is in the aspects of softening team building,formalizing the implementation of the system,fragmentation of party building innovation,weakening of political functions,simplification of mass work,and weakening of the role of party branches.Based on the current status quo,the promotion of grassroots party organization should be carried out from the following five dimensions.First,we must carry out concentrated and regular education and training,and make full use of emerging things to promote the political guiding force of the party.Second,we must ensure that the party organization are effectively embedded in various social grassroots organizations,and the party work effectively covers all social groups to enhance organizational coverage.Third,we must strictly adhere to the party's mass view,establish a harmonious relationship between the cadres and the masses,and implement the party's various policies to benefit the people to enhance the party's social mobilization.Fourth,we must use new ideas to guide social practice,and new systems to supervise social practices to enhance development impetus.Fifth,we must improve the quality of party members,select and appoint strong party members and cadres,then expand grassroots democracy to enhance self-innovation.
