Research On The Party Organization Construction Of Peacekeeping Forces

As the UN-led global security governance and international public goods,UN peacekeeping operations are a great practice to promote the construction of a community of shared future for mankind by building a community of interest and responsibility,a global security community,and a regional community of shared future.Peacekeeping operations are an important mission undertaken by our military.With the accelerated pace of "going out",the types and task categories of our military’s long-term deployment and implementation of peacekeeping operations overseas continue to expand,and China’s voice and influence within the UN peacekeeping framework continue Promotion requires us to strengthen research on peacekeeping operations and peacekeeping forces,and provide Chinese wisdom,Chinese solutions,and Chinese power for international peacekeeping.This article starts from the perspective of strengthening the party organization building of peacekeeping forces,interprets the concepts and characteristics of peacekeeping operations,peacekeeping forces,and party organizations of peacekeeping forces,and explores the goals and requirements of party organization building for peacekeeping forces.Combining with the peacekeeping practice of our army for more than 30 years,it thoroughly analyzed the effectiveness of the party organization building of the peacekeeping force and the existing contradictions,and analyzed the reasons from many aspects.Finally,it puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions on how to do a good job in the construction of the party organization of the peacekeeping force under the new situation.Through research,the author believes that to strengthen the party organization building of peacekeeping forces,we must adhere to the idea of party management,firm ideals and convictions to solidify the foundation;adhere to institutional constraints,rely on the implementation of laws and regulations;adhere to the party’s management of talents,and help party members and cadres to perform their duties and perform their duties;Adhere to strict discipline and focus on style construction to lay a solid foundation.
