Since the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has accelerated the strategy of strengthening the country through sports,and large-scale games have played an important role in it.The athletes’ village of the seventh "military games"(hereinafter referred to as "the military games village")is the first centralized athletes’ village in the history of the world military games.In terms of volunteer management,it not only follows international practices,but also conforms to China’s national conditions.It has successfully completed various tasks of volunteer management of the military games village according to local conditions.It has reference significance for analyzing the volunteer human resource management of China’s large-scale games.However,it is not easy to achieve good coordination and orderly arrangement due to the large number of volunteers involved in the military transport village,the fine division of labor,the long service duration and the wide distribution of posts,which poses a great challenge to the volunteer human resource management.At the same time,the research on volunteers in large-scale games mainly discusses various motivations,organizational attributes and their impact on the satisfaction and behavior intention of volunteers in large-scale games.The research on volunteer human resource management is still insufficient.From the perspective of human resource management,this study studies the management of volunteers in large-scale games.Based on the demand level theory,incentive theory and energy-based management theory,this study takes the volunteers of the military movement village as an example,and uses the methods of expert opinions,interviews and surveys,and questionnaires to design the interview outline and the questionnaire on the management of volunteers in the seventh military movement village.A total of 13 officials and scholars in the military movement village,421 volunteer managers and volunteers in the military movement village,Conduct empirical analysis by comprehensive use of survey data.The results show that the recruitment and selection procedures of volunteers in the military sports village are relatively standardized,the training of volunteers is small,the deployment and use of volunteers are insufficient,and the assessment and motivation of volunteers are weak.On the basis of studying and analyzing the advantages and experiences of domestic and foreign large-scale games volunteer human resources management,this thesis puts forward relevant countermeasures to improve the human resources management of China’s large-scale games volunteers,including: establishing a standardized recruitment and selection mechanism of large-scale games volunteers,improving the scientific training system of large-scale games volunteers,building a complete management mode for the deployment and use of large-scale games volunteers,and improving effective security and incentive measures for large-scale games volunteers.This thesis not only enriches the relevant research on volunteer human resource management of domestic large-scale games,but also provides reference for other large-scale games in China to optimize volunteer human resource management and help realize the dream of sports power.
