Research On The Realization Path Of Party Building Leading Rural Good Governance In The New Era

Rural governance is the cornerstone of national governance,and good rural governance is the premise of rural revitalization.In the new era,rural governance is facing new problems and challenges.It is necessary to highlight the leadership of party building,adhere to the coordinated efforts of multiple governance subjects,build a governance pattern of co-construction,co-governance and sharing,and take the road of good governance of socialist villages with Chinese characteristics.In recent years,the theoretical innovation and practical exploration of rural grassroots party organizations in leading rural governance have been fruitful,providing a solid and reliable organizational guarantee for building a vibrant,harmonious and orderly rural society and laying a good foundation for further promoting the rural revitalization strategy.This paper focuses on the realization path of party building leading rural good governance in the new era.Based on governance theory,party theory and Marxist grassroots party building thought,and based on the governance practice of the first batch of provincial rural governance demonstration villages and towns in Ya ’an City,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of party building leading rural good governance,and puts forward the realization path of party building leading rural good governance in combination with the actual situation.The full text consists of five chapters :The first chapter,introduction.This paper introduces the research background and significance,combs the research results of party building leading rural governance at home and abroad,clarifies the main contents,ideas and methods of this paper,and points out the difficulties,innovations and deficiencies of the research.The second chapter explains the core concepts and theoretical basis.It mainly defines the concepts of ’ party building guidance ’,’ rural governance ’ and ’ rural good governance ’,reviews the main contents of governance theory and party theory and their localization development,and combs the important contents of Marxist grass-roots party building thought and its modernization development.The third chapter describes the practical exploration of Party building leading rural good governance in the new era of Ya ’an City.Based on the reality of Ya ’an,this paper expounds the good results of party building leading rural good governance from five aspects :strengthening political guidance,focusing on ideological guidance,improving organizational guidance,paying attention to system guidance and strengthening service guidance.The fourth chapter studies and analyzes the main problems and reasons of party building leading rural good governance.This paper puts forward that the main problems existing in the current party building leading rural good governance are the insufficient play of the core role of grass-roots organizations,the insufficient effective participation of rural masses,the weak collection of social multi-governance forces,the need to improve the integration efficiency of rural three governance,and the weak material basis of rural society.This paper believes that the main reason is that the political leadership of grassroots party organizations is not strong,the mobilization of ideological leadership is not strong,the cohesion of organizational leadership is not high,the coordination of institutional leadership is weak,and the effectiveness of service leadership is low.The fifth chapter puts forward the realization path of party building leading rural good governance in the new era.According to the previous research and analysis,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions for the realization path of party building leading rural good governance in the new era.First,strengthen the political guidance of party building and consolidate the foundation of rural good governance leadership;the second is to focus on the guidance of party building thought and build a strong team of rural good governance talents;third,strengthen the leadership of party building organizations and unite the social forces of good governance in rural areas;fourth,pay attention to the guidance of the party building system and optimize the mechanism of the rural good governance system;fifth,strengthen the guidance of party building services and improve the material guarantee of good governance in rural areas.
